This rating and review is based solely on services received at this specific Domino's store... February 26 2024, I placed order online as a guest for 2 pizzas and an order of brownies. I picked up food after work, went home, then realized about an hour or 2 later when ready to eat that both pizzas were incorrect - completely different toppings from what I ordered. I went back, showed guy at register receipt for what I should've gotten, and showed what I was given. Both pizzas were taken; after about 15 minutes, I was given 2 more pizzas.. Got home, ready to eat, and see 1 of my pizzas were incorrect - again, completely different toppings than what I ordered... Went to Domino's a 3rd time. Pulled up to window, show same guy my pizza and receipt, again. He looks at both, takes this 3rd pizza back from me, looks on order rack, finds pizza I should've gotten on 1st visit. 3 trips to finally get correct order. As a token of apology, he took my name and number, tapped computer keys, and said the next time I come I can get any pizza I want, free of charge. Thanks Domino's!
Friday, March 1, 2024, I called around 530-6pm to cash in on that apology, but staff can't find anything in system! RHONDA, who says she's the manager, said she sees no order history for my number then accuses me of just trying to get free pizza. I explain that I ordered originally under a different number, but the employee working that night was given THIS NUMBER to save in system for my free pizza. RHONDA said Domino's doesn't offer free pizzas, only refunds or exchanges, and that I should've asked for the manager (her) because she's there 7 days weekly and hasn't heard anything about my issue. RHONDA asked why did I wait so long (4 days) to try to get a free pizza. RHONDA said my order was corrected so she didn't understand the issue. I explained it was corrected AFTER 3 TRIPS, and that I don't know their policy so I took the guy's word when he said I was in the system. RHONDA said she couldn't use the email I had to enter online to pull up and verify I had actually ordered that day, and that she could only use the phone number?? RHONDA said she didn't have the number to corporate office when I asked for it, but suddenly changed her tone and offered me A FREE PIZZA! I declined - after being accused of trying to scam Domino's for a free pizza, and being talked to so unprofessionally and disrespectfully, and after fussing with her by phone over this issue, I didn't feel "good" about having food prepared without being there to see it prepared myself. Was going to let this go, but this was my #1 stop for carry-out pizza in Rocky Mount, and I've been a customer since they were still at the Independence Drive location, but thanks to Rhonda, it'll be a long time before I spend money here again....
Read moreNEVER ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS. I placed an order last night online and never received my food. I called them numerous amounts of times only to be told repeatedly "it is on the way and will be there shortly" . The next day I called to speak to the manager and was placed on hold for about 15 minutes , then when someone did answer the phone I was put on hold again and told the manager would be there shortly. After I was placed on hold about 4 people picked up asking "pickup or delivery" and still no manager. I then was hung up on an called back then told to call back in about 15 minutes. I finally got.in touch with the manager and he proceeded to tell me "Ma'am you received you're order and we received the money" I PAYED WITH A CARD. He said I paid in cash, but my card was charged. But I'm trying to figure out how I recieved my order but I never signed a reciept or got my food ? I then asked for the corporate number and the number that was given to me did not work. I then found the number online only to be told they are owned by a franchise so I will have to wait for a customer service representative to contact me.They are the most unprofessional, unorganized dominos I have ever ordered from and dealt with . I have never had any problems with any previous stores I have ordered from. I will NEVER order from this store again and will tell anyone I know to never do business with them because they will take your money and never bring...
Read moreHere I am waiting. Again. This is the third time, this year, I have visited this Dominos location. Each time is more disappointing than the previous experience. I try not to complain but this is unnecessary, frustrating and unprofessional. Tonight, I was placed on hold but a young lady for 20 minutes and 8 seconds. Boone very picked up. I just managed to drive to the store, wait in line and get to the drive thru window. At that point, I showed the young lady my hold time (and for the record, the comercial is annoying after the 10th time you hear it) and she made excuses. No apologies. Then a young man took my order. Quoted 20 minutes..... It has now been 30 since I spoke the the young man... 20 mins on the phone + 30 mins additional waiting. I figured if they see me siting in my open van trunk, maybe that will spur things...? And yes, it's raining now. I've called again, on hold again. Talked to two people.
