I called in an order for 3 subs yesterday. We eat from there at least once a week. I always order the same thing. I get a #8 made the way I want and a kids Turkey and cheese with mayo. So my order yesterday included also #17 that I also order some weeks the same way. Well the #8 comes with bacon. I didnt think it had bacon on it at first but the bacon was in a ball in the middle of the sub. The cheesesteak was supposed to have onions and peppers. No peppers on the there. BUT THE WORST WAS THE TURKEY AND CHEESE WITH MAYO. NO MAYO NO CHEESE. THE SANDWICH INCLUDED BROWN MUSTARD TURKEY AND ONIONS. I called and was told to bring the food back and they would make it over. I take the subs back. They said they could either remake or refund but not both. NOTHING WAS OFFERED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, per the store policy. I had sat down with a child that has school and on a schedule for dinner and had to pack back up run back out to get dinner again! Because of their error and they offered nothing for the inconvenience. No coupons, no free sub next time, no free drink, no free chips, no nothing.....This is very poor customer service. I should not have to open my order up and check it when I know I told them right. They have got it right every other week. If they cant read the orders from a call then taking call in orders or online orders is a waste of time if customers are gonna have to constantly check behind the employees. I PROBABLY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS JERSY MIKES. I ALWAYS SUPPORT...

Well I have been a loyal customer for many years and tonight I feel like my concern with your customer service went on deaf ears. I checked my food once getting into my vehicle as I do anywhere, I saw that the bacon was not off. Well no problem I just went back in with the sandwich to have another remade. Upon noticing that it took me 3 times not once but 3 times to ask could I have my sandwich remade, by two employees. Those two employees really made me upset due to the fact they where timid with a slight attitude detected. I always give great thank you for my service so in return I expect the same. I wasn't asking for anything extra or trying to be difficult I just wanted what I ordered along with the service that I am suppose to get as a customer that is always respectful to all. I was asked did I just want the bacon on the side this was after the employees opened the sandwich to add it onto there. During this pandemic the food should had been thrown away anyway and just...

Customer service though, is more important. We ordered 3 subs from the Jersey mikes app and paid for delivery. The order showed up with only two sandwiches. I called and spoke to the manager Alex who gave me two options. They can refund or āremakeā the sub and I can come pick it up, but they canāt re-deliver it⦠seriously how does that make things better. He should have offered to refund it and re-make it. I just paid extra money to have it delivered which I donāt do very often. Heck Alex could have gotten in his car and drove it to me since they screwed up. I expect this from a fast food place like McDonalds but I always thought of Jersey Mikes as more high end, especially with their high prices. The lack of care or concern is appalling. There are plenty of other good places for sandwiches like Harris Teeter. I will definitely be going elsewhere...
