Had to wait 5 minutes to be seated since hostess/waitress was in the bathroom even though other staff there were walking around before we were told to seat ourselves.Took another 10 minutes to get drink orders half were water other half tea and that took forever for her to bring out. Watched the bartender make a drink hand it to another waitress in a to go cup and waitress left with it. When we ordered 2 drinks from the bar the bartender was no where to be found and the waitress had to get a little rude with the bartender when she showed back up for our drinks to be made so 30 minute wait for a shot and mixed drink. Appetizers were ok still took a long time to even get. Had to ask 3 times to get refills and kind of got attitude about asking again for the third time we literally sat there waiting for food and got Appetizers but no refill even though i asked so not like we kept asking repeatedly cause we sucked them down we were there for a while with nothing to drink. Husband went to the restroom and saw our server holding back door open looked like smoking a cigarette After we didnt see her for over 20 minutes thats when we finally got refills. Not like they were busy we were literally the 4th table in there. Food finally came out the potatoes were NOT cooked at all saugage looked and tasted like cut up hot dogs had to wait for half the food just to be asked to substitute the dozen clams for 6 shrimp had to ask multiple times to get corn that wasnt brought. My daughters burger was gross and tasted horrible she couldnt even eat it. Salad was horrible only good thing on it was the cucumbers tomato...

This was our first visit to this establishment, they have only been opened just under 2 months, and we found our visit to be wonderful from beginning to end. We had a great server named Tammy who had a wonderful personality and was well informed in answering all our questions regarding menu items/options, we chose the Family Style Saul T's Steam Pot, (our server reccomended) which came with Oysters, Clams, Crab Legs and Shrimp all steamed, and was served with Corn on the Cob and homemade Slaw, Melted Butter and Fresh Horseradish and They have a variety of sauces to choose from on the dining room tables, they have their signature homemade Cocktail Sauce (which is delicious by the way) two types of hot sauce, two types of vinegar, Old Bay Seasoning, Salt/Pepper and a bucket with a variety of crackers and wet naps, which definitely came in handy! The restaurant was decorated nicely, they have several large flat screens TVs located throughout the restaurant, a small waiting area at the entrance and a full bar with a variety of drink options. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. Market Prices change daily for the seafood, so some items aren't priced on the menu. Our food was served Hot, Fresh, Delicious and in a timely manner. All in all I have zero negatives for this establishment, we loved it and I'm looking forward to visiting again in the...

Go to TasyCrab for bigger portions and seasoning on your food. The fungswae of the entire establishment hasnt been the same for about a year now. The quality of food has progressively gotten worse and the vibe of said establishment does not match that of its employees. There used to be an atmosphere of fun welcoming energy but now it's not as inviting. If they didn't host indoor/outdoor entertainment I'm convinced they wouldn't last. The owner has multiple stylish fancy vehicles but refuses to accommodate his employees with a raise for the work they do resulting in a super high turnover rate accompanied by not so favorable work conditions and in the same hand causing quality to go down as well as sales. There's an obvious disregard for what matters and because of that, there's a neglect of the guests that comea in to dine. Undercover Boss would be great for them. The lack of structure is unsettling and the location isn't all that ideal for a beach spot waterfront type of dining establishment. The decorations and country music just doesn't scream SHUCKIN SHACK. It screams attempted captilization of a vacant building in a falling city rivaling Tasy Crab and Red Lobster. Objective wise, decent move. Longevity wise not so smart and I don't imagine them lasting another...

This is my first visit to this new spot. It is a nice addition to the RM area. I sat at the bar for dinner. The bartender was very nice and friendly. I asked questions about the menu and she was able to answer all my questions about the food selections. I ordered the fish flounder and shrimp w side salad. It took about 30 mins to get my food which I think is a long time for a Wed night with not that many guests. The plate looked rather skimpy they give one piece of fish and looks like 5-6 shrimp and a little cup of Cole slaw. The side salad was big. However, they put too many red onions in the salad. It basically killed my taste buds. My food was not hot. I asked for another plate which the waitress was nice and accomodating about. After another 15 mins I received a plate which they added some fries on the bottom I guess complimentary. They are the wedge fries w skin on them. They are thick and dry to me and lacked flavor. The flounder was flaky and I liked the tarter sauce. Needless to say, I wasn't too impressed due to my wait time, cold food and food presentation. I will try again and order a different dish. I am not an oyster fan so someone else may think it's great place. I will visit again maybe NYE or on a weekend and update the review.

First time here, and I had to share my thoughts of my experience. I had noticed the restaurant for a few months and noticed that it was seafood and my girlfriend lives seafood so we had to give them a try. On entering, you notice the daily specials listed, which is always helpful. The associates were friendly, and since it was during lunch, we could have our choice of seating, though normally they have you waiting to be seated. Our waitress was nice and offered nice options for appetizers to go with our meal. The food came hot and, for the most part, good and flavorful. My discovery was that the hush puppies were with good flavor but were very dry. I thought I was eating a ball of cornmeal, which took away from the flavor. I have eaten them at several places, and they all have no flavor, but here is flavor but very dry. I also was not a fan of the coleslaw, but since I learned how to make it, I always have an issue with it. You have options for lunch, and they are worth it if you have a little extra time, but in my opinion, leave the hush puppies.
