this ice cream from this place is absolutely top tier!! although there was a minor miscommunication when we went there over who paid for what, it was still a good experience and we will continue coming to this ice cream shop! the workers are friendly and will give samples of the ice cream if you ask, the food is varied and plentiful and reasonably priced for how much they give you. the restaurant is clean and usually pretty empty. the music isn’t too loud and they even have a crane machine! i would recommend...

Whoever owns this place needs to hire more staff. When there are three other La Michoacana's in the area, and one within walking distance of this place, you better step it up or you'll be out of business soon. I asked if there was a menu (the TVs that are supposed to display the menu were broken) I was told No. The server seemed annoyed when I asked questions so I gave up and ordered random paletas. I’ve bought several items from here before, but I’m always left disappointed when I receive their fresas con crema (strawberries with cream). I usually don’t leave reviews, but it keeps happening, and it’s honestly frustrating that they don’t provide any clear information about using frozen fruit and dairy products in their cream.
