Bolder Coffee — Restaurant in Rogers

Went to grab coffee on morning of 3/9 was not impressed with the coffee or service. The guy at the register had a headset on and I thought he was talking to me to try to take my order but, no he ignored me like I wasn’t important at all and continued standing at the register talking on the headset. He seemed like he didn’t want to be there or talk to anyone really. This isn’t the personality you want standing at the register! I think this person should be running the take out window and standing over there not at the dang register. Needs to be someone designated at the register to take customers orders and interact properly with customers. Then the bartista making the coffee would place the coffee out on counter when it was ready but failed to call out what it was so lots of confusion there as well. You could also see there was a lot of confusion between employees as well. We were not impressed with our coffee either and will avoid this place...

I had the pleasure of visiting Bolder Coffee and it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and cozy. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee was enough to make my mouth water. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel right at home.

I had been wanting to try this coffee shop for a while. I'm so glad I finally decided to go. It was a pleasant surprise - the coffee has an amazing flavor and their drink selection is pretty great.

I also liked the fact that they had quite a few sugar free options- including white chocolate and chocolate, which isn't easy to find other places. I was able to enjoy a sugar free white chocolate and caramel latte with skim milk, which was VERY tasty and sure didn't taste sugar free!
