Swig — Restaurant in Rogers

I’ve been here at least a dozen times, dating back to opening weekend last fall. Fantastic soda pop and awesome flavor combinations! At first, the constantly messed up orders and long wait times were a sign of growing pains. But at what point does that end?

I like swig because they have vanilla cream, but many of their drinks use coconut cream instead. I do not like coconut at all. I have never ordered coconut cream in a drink for myself, and yet I find it in 4 of 5 drinks that I have ordered - without the vanilla that I requested.

The line through the drive-through is long, but it moves. Not really that big of an issue. The problem I have is when you go into the store. I ordered 5 drinks today and waited 27 minutes for 5 drinks. I watched as the entire drive-through line pass more than twice over before I got my drinks. And once they arrived, you guessed it, coconut cream yet again. And my kids cup was only 60% full. The disinterested and unorganized process that they have for in-app or in-store orders is abysmal. The drinks themselves (when correctly filled) are fantastic, but it is difficult to continue to have patience with a location that has not improved its service in speed or accuracy since opening last year.

Worth a try? Absolutely. But some tips: Stay in your car. Order a single drink with a single additional flavor. Don’t create your own. Go at a time when there isn’t a line. Don’t forget to ask for straws - they don’t always automatically give...

I don’t come here often because there is always long line inside and out, but this time the service got me really upset. I wanted a peach drink but forgot the name. The person who took the order on her tablet didn’t know any items on the menu with peach flavor, so I ended up choosing mango drink coconut. I also asked for passion fruits pearls and was charged for them but ended up didn’t get any pearls in my drink. The 32oz drink alone cost was $5.90 plus tax. Honestly I never see the receipt or itemized of the charge, but I didn’t mind the cost as long as I got what I paid for. This time I asked for a receipt to remember what I ordered in case next time I come back and order the correct drink and that was when I remembered that I paid for the pearls add-on. Wow! Love Swig and their dirty sodas!🥤Best place to come for an amazing drink. Quick and efficient even when there’s a line. Great customer service. Recommend making a list and rating all the drinks you try and keeping track of all the creations. I recommend the Spring Fling, Buttery Beer, The Ring King, Raspberry Dream, & Waikiki.
