I don't understand how these people can live with themselves knowing that they are giving this kind of service...I ordered my meal and when I was finished, lo and behold my fortune cookie was NOT in the bag! I had my heart set on the fortune hidden in the little dessert that tasted like the box it came in! I was denied the simple pleasure of reading my prophetic fortune and ending it with the clichéd statement "...in bed." How dare they! I for one will never spend my hard earned plasma donation money on this food establishment ever again! They just keep taking and taking and taking! And for what?! I demand satisfaction!! An apology isn't good. Loss of employment isn't enough! Giving them paper cuts and pouring lemon juice in them is mere child's play to the tortures that should await them in hell or the line at the DMV!! NO. They deserve something unheard of in this world and in the next! Something that makes the Devil himself lose his lunch...... All of this over one simple fortune cookie.
In all honesty though, kidding aside. They were finishing up, I ordered something to go and for some reason they apologized for not having any fortune cookies. I brushed it off, didn't care but jokingly raised my voice in mocking anger and shock, "What, no fortune cookie!" I was told some customers actually get "upset" when the store doesn't have them...we had a good chuckle and laugh about it... I thought I'd leave a comment that started off like an angry, uptight Karen rant and then thank the staff. Thanks for making my night enjoyable! It's good to see people let go of the "robot customer service speak" and just relax, chill and be informal. There will always be Karen's who take things way too seriously. Then there's people like me who could care less about formality and not lose my shit over something so small as not having my fortune cookie. ✌🏻

Read moreThe food tasted awesome of course but I didn’t receive everything I ordered. I even asked by repeating my order at the pick up window bc I was concerned if she got my order complete. While ordering, I was interrupted several times , if I needed anything else while I was placing my order. The first thing she handed me was my coke and when She returned to the window, I gestured to take my drink back. She looks at me and with an intimating voice and in a snotty way, “did you get the wrong drink?” I said, “I ordered it with no ice”. She just took it and then replaced it but no apology That was the reason what prompted me to ask if she was sure everything was in this one bag? My order was approximately $34 plus for myself and a little extra for leftovers later. She only put one order each of Rangoon and egg roll, not two like I ordered. She did get the double order of fried rice correct. She doesn’t belong working in the public, let alone a drive through service. After all, I had just left my best friends funeral. My husband called back to complain, but failed to ask for a manager, he thinks now, he was talking to the same girl despite the fact when he asked if this was the same girl working the drive through. I went through the drive through and right off the bat the young lady on the other end of the speaker was rude in her tone and tried to speak over me mid sentence (they were not busy at the time). I then paid and got my food but both of my side orders and an entree missing. We didn’t realize that the entree was missing until we were across town. We called and told them what were missing and they said they would replace it. We drove all the way back and pulled up to the speaker to let them know we were there to pick up what we were missing and they told us “ oh that was in the small box we actually put it in your order with everything else” I think I’ll have to go inside next time so that I can watch what they are doing so that they don’t COMPLETELY LEAVE OUT HALF OF MY ORDER.
