Five Guys — Restaurant in Rogers

Ok here is the deal. I have been a customer of 5 guy's for at least 9 years, The food I had today is as good as the first time I had a 5 guy's burger. The thing is that the burgers are hand made, cooking on a grill you can see while they cook it and you can have just about anything you can put on a burger... The Fry's are made the old fashioned way, with potatoes cut fresh in the old way right in the shop just minutes before they are cooked.

Just think about the best burgers you ever had at a cookout and you will be close.

Now for the down side... The quality of the ingredients and the hand labor required to produce the burgers. In this way make five guys a tad on the expensive side. Yesterday I ordered a regular cheeseburger... A regular cheeseburger at five guys is two patties with all the trimmings and it cost about 10 bucks just for the burger. I bought a burger. My wife bought a bacon burger and we split a regular order of frys, no drinks... The bill came just short of $30... What I am most happy about is that they have not cut corners, The ingredients quality is it's good now as I've ever seen and I hope they survive because the prices are going up and it's not their fault. It's the cost of the ingredients and the labor... I still don't know of a place to get a better burger anywhere in...

We went at about 7:30pm on a Wednesday night. Only one other set of people there. Immediately when you walk in you are hit with the grease trap that needs cleaned (something feirce) smell. If you have ever been around for a grease trap clean, you KNOW that smell. The gentleman that took our order was ok. Nothing to write about and for as expensive as these burger are I would have really loved to rate the customer service as wonderful. Nope. Lastly, we took these burgers home and we live in Bentonville. Meaning we passed by the other one purposefully as it is unbearable to leave that area. The cheese was NOT melted, signally to me that it was not a fresh burger. Then...when I bite in...I freaking chipped one of front teeth! Still in pain this morning having to sip coffee and water on the other side!!!

We do NOT plan on returning and now have to make a dentist visit to repare...

Delicious burgers and fries. Cajun fries were absolutely delicious, and spiced exactly how I like it (lightly seasoned with mild spice), and boy do you get your money’s worth. Not only do they fill a small cup up, they keep on dumping fries into the bag so it’s basically you get two small cups (keep in mind I got the little size). The bacon cheeseburger is so, so delicious. If you get it, ask them to add barbecue sauce and mayo on it, it doesn’t cost extra. Bathrooms were slippery though, but that’s okay. Slow service, but that’s because the place was jam-packed with people. I was lucky to get a seat. Overall, this restaurant has the best fast food burgers I’ve ever tasted (except BurgerFi).
