Firehouse Subs Promenade Point — Restaurant in Rogers

It's like going to Subway, but somebody much more talented at flavors gave you a better foundation, out of better ingredients, to tweak if you feel the need. And you might never. The various sauces and seasonings are amazing. The menu items are all generous and delicious. The price isn't really even much more, if any, than the competition. The services is always the correct combination of attentive and effecient. Did you know you can add and substitute toppings how you see fit at no extra cost? That's awesome. For me, cucumbers do a much better job than tomatoes. Did you know they have a drink machine where all the sodas and water and such can be combined with all sorts of fun flavors? It's absolutely delightful unless you make some bad decisions. But I'm glad I got to make them. You'll never do a better job at sandwiches for the price yourself. And why would you want to? This is easier and supports the Public Safety...

I'm not big on writing reviews, but I feel like this one is totally warranted.

I went in with my family on 3-12-25 and was greeted with the usual welcome in guys, but it quickly deteriorated! I paid in cash, and the young kid who claimed to be the manager cash me out gave me my changes then immediately turned got a pair of golve and started to put them on, i reminded him that was pretty unsanitary and if he could plz wash hands and use a new pair of gloves to which he seemed pretty irritated by. Then, another female employee who i assume was new who was preparing our order made multiple mistakes to the order, then for whatever reason rested her hand on the trash 🗑 in front of her literally griping it then proceeded to make our food, at that point I had had enough & just ask for a refund.... Yk. I love Firehouse. But. I went because I was craving some Firehouse and so I went in. I ordered what I usually get a normal sandwich and loaded potato soup. I usually enjoy firehouse. But I have never been to the Rogers location. I ordered and they looked for the potato soup and I think I saw them get old soup and I saw them put it in the microwave. At places like that they have warmers that are to be expected to be cleaned everyday. My soup tasted very old and it was cold. It was put in the microwave! My sandwich didn’t taste fresh at all. A lady pulled of to the drive-through she had an online order and they heard the bell but ignored it for like 10 minutes. I enjoy the bentonville location but this location is not the that good Hope this helps. I would love to see staffing improvements in the correct cooking methods for the food. It’s just...
