T.J. Maxx — Local services in Rogers

Never order anything online! Worst customer service!! Love the stores, online shopping is a nightmare! Once your order is placed you can not cancel it, upgrade shipping ECT. even if it's not processed yet! Pretty much they just read the screen, and offer zero solutions, Customer service is a joke!! Placed an order for luggage for a trip said it would be here in 5-10 days.. no big deal, day 5 they have still not processed my order, or shipped! Still at a placed order status!! At this rate I will be shocked if I receive it in time! Especially after reading all of the bad online reviews!! Definitely does not compare to other organized companies, and there online shopping experience/customer service!! So beware read the reviews before you shop, or you might just regret, & be out extra money! Don't waste your time shopping online with...

TJ Maxx is already a fantastic store to visit no matter the location, but I really enjoy this location in particular. The staff is always positive, engaging, and generous. There was even one night where a couple of troublemaking teens were following other customers around the store and harassing them, asking them what their sexual orientations were, stuffing products down their pants, pretending to pass gas on candles, etc., then moving on to the next victim. Once alerted to the issue, the staff got on the radios and everyone came together to immediately kick the perpetrators out of the store. They don't mess around at this TJ Maxx! Super professional staff. I highly recommend...

Organized chaos...the best way to describe shopping at TJ Maxx during Christmas. Organized as every department has the correct stuff to search through for a bargain. Chaos as the sizes, labels and boxes are all over the place. But if you work hard enough, and check each garment from top to bottom for damage, you will eventually walk out with some great products at great prices. The ladies working the registers were fast and friendly, and even smiled while they worked. The line was among, but due to their speed and agility at the registers, we didn't really have to wait more than a few minutes.
