I moved to Rogers from Bella Vista about a year ago. Domino’s in Bella Vista was always top tier. The people were friendly, and they knew me. My order was always correct, etc. I can’t say enough good things about that store, and the people who work there. Fast forward to my time at Rogers. I had hoped that I would have as good of a time ordering from here, and that I would get a correct order at the bare minimum. This couldn’t be further from the truth. My order is almost always wrong to start with. I’ve gone back to this location more times than I care to admit to get my order fixed. The people were usually friendly as well. I just assumed that order accuracy was a struggle for them, and that they’d get better with time. At least they had the customer service piece of it down. Fast forward to today 07/03/2022. I placed a mobile order and waited 40 minutes before the app alerted me it was ready for pick up. I drive to the store, and then head home. Being 4th of July weekend I was in a hurry, and didn’t check the order (my fault). I made it home, and phoned the store that they gave me a completely different pizza than the one I ordered. The guy answering my call (whomever that was) sounded irritated that I called the store to start. When I explained my issue he told me that he didn’t have time to remake a pizza today, and offered a free pizza for next time. I declined, as I was promised a free pizza by the manager about a month ago for another order mix up (which never came), but she was nice, and I figured I’d give it another go. Anyway, I asked them to remake it, and the gentlemen on the phone asked to place me on hold to see if they could accommodate remaking my pizza. After some back and forth I decided I would just like a refund, as I had, had many issues prior. When I explained to the guy my frustration about my order, and time spent to retrieve it myself, he came across argumentative, and that I inconvenienced him with my request. At this point I’m sure that most people wouldn’t have gone back after the first few issues, but I really believe in giving the benefit of the doubt to an extent. It’s been a year of constant order issues, and I just can’t come back here. I’d like to add too, that when I request extra of a certain topping; pepperoni for example, and pay the elevated price. I kind of expect extra pepperoni. A lot of my issues here were paying for additional things that just never arrived. I’m just going to have to retire this restaurant, and hope they can improve for their...
Read moreWe love Dominos, but will not be back to this location. Our pizza was very greasy, and the manager was very rude when we tried to explain the experience. We ordered two large pizzas online and drove there, picking up the pizza at about 2:08pm. We had ordered a large Brooklyn MeatZZa and a large Brooklyn ExtravaganZZa. We had recently ordered the Brooklyn ExtravaganZZa at a different location in Van Buren, Arkansas and loved it. We have ordered Domino’s pizza for many years in Van Buren without any issues. Today was different. After receiving the pizzas, we drove across town to visit family who lived about 15 to 20 minutes away. My wife drove while I had the pizzas in my lap. Before reaching our destination I noticed the boxes were leaking grease onto my shirt and shorts. I then set the pizzas on the floor until we arrived at our destination to visit family and watch a Razorback baseball game. We put the pizza on the counter and opened the box, realizing then how greasy it was. To document this, we took a picture of the pizzas (see attached) at 2:32pm, 24 minutes after we left the pizza place. We were not able to return the pizza at that time. I could tolerate only one piece due to the grease. After leaving, we returned to the restaurant thinking the manager would want to know to fix the problem. We entered the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. My wife started to explain what happened to the manager and was interrupted with a rude response from the manager. We then interrupted him to let us finish explaining our experience. He at one point pointed at us and said he didn’t like our tone. He also commented that the pizza had left his store several hours before. I told him we had never had a pizza that greasy when ordering from the Van Buren location. His comment then was that they get their ingredients from the same place. He then said he wanted us out of his store. When we didn’t move right away, he said what did we expect to solve this. We said we’d like a refund. With attitude, he did gave us a refund. We would have been ok with even a partial refund or credit towards a future order, but never expected to be treated with such disrespect. I have no idea how a pizza could end up that greasy. I’ve set pizza on my car seat many times before and have never had the grease leak out. I would have thanked the manager for the refund but not after his rude behavior. We just quietly walked out vowing to never return to...
Read moreI placed a delivery order and out in the notes that I was paying with a $100. They called me and said that the drivers don’t carry that much change. Which I understood completely. I then asked if I could change it to a pick up order they said yes that’s fine you can pay with the $100 if you come in. I asked how long they thought the order would take they said about 15 mins I waited about 20 to drive to the store. When I got there the person checking me out was didn’t have change for the $100. Which again totally get. But when the manager came out he was extremely rude and dismissive. He stated no one at his store would tell me I could pay with a $100 snapping at me. I told him that his store called me and told me I could change it to a pick up and pay with the $100 when I got here. He again dismissed me telling me no one would tell you that and this is my store so I know no one would. Snapping and rude. Said give me the $100 and then gave me change and walked away. For a manager to have such terrible customer service makes no sense. He could have spoken to me with respect or just common courtesy, like I was a person, explained the policy and not been so rude. I literally order dominos pizza minimum of 4/5 times a month. I will from now on be picking pizza up at a different location because this manager was...
