Grub's Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Rogers

I don't think I've ever left a restaurant feeling scammed before. My wife and I ordered the chicken tender basket, but got a different side instead. There was a note saying there is an upcharge for getting a different side, but they did not say they would charge FULL PRICE for that side in addition to the meal that already comes with a side. A standard side of fries costs $3.49, and the side of Mac & cheese is also $3.49 (the same price). I assumed a minimal upcharge, if any. But no, they charged full menu price for the meal and full price for the additional side (but only gave one side). I asked for a manager because I assumed this was an error, but she confirmed it is correct. So we ended up paying an extra $7 for sides that were the SAME price as the sides the meal came with. So with tip we spent over $60 for two meals and an appetizer with no drinks. That's almost $17 for chicken tenders and a side before tip.

Additionally, the mac & cheese might as well be called plain noodles. There was no cheese sauce on them. The ranch is also very diluted/watery, not worth...

Called to ask wait times, said there was none. When we came in, they sat us in a awkward arrangement where it was uncomfortable lying close to the people next to us, and yet so many empty tables around us. Our waiter just expected us to know what drinks they had and when we asked, "oh we have coke product's." We wanted to order an appetizer with our drinks but as soon as the third and last person said they're drink "okay it'll be right out" and practically ran away. Our drinks came out 5 minutes later when we ordered cokes and 1 was okay, 2 was just syrup and watered down and the last was just carbonation. "Are you ready to order?" Just off the bat with no customer experience training at all. We order a salsa with queso dip and we were hyped for it i mean, never had bad salsa before. Then we got it and it tasted room temperature, sour and gross overall. The chips were cold, saltless and just horrible. But the queso was good. We couldn't finish the food, all three experiences were just terrible and Applebee's is just...

This restaurant was disgusting when we went. The silverware was not clean, the table was sticky, the floors were filthy. They weren't busy so there was no excuse. The waitress we had never once smiled, acted like serving us was SUCH a chore. To top it off, our food was gross and far overpriced for what we received. I ordered a strawberry pina colada. It basically tasted like a strawberry smoothie and the glass was extremely sticky. I could not tell it had any alcohol in it at all. My boyfriend and I both had burgers and our waitress didn't bother to ask how we wanted them cooked. I told her to leave the pickles off- and the cook left EVERYTHING off instead. I had mac-n-cheese as my side and it had no flavor at all. I didn't eat my meal. My boyfriend ate half his burger and a salad with brown lettuce and that was it. In similar situations, the waitress or management would take that as a sign and check on us but not here. We paid $40 for nothing. Will never...
