Comfortable Cup Cafe — Restaurant in Rogers

Service at the register was good, however the barista that made my drinks was a different story. If you are that miserable in a place where people need a little more kindness than most, perhaps find a new job. Made my drink wrong, and when I asked about it, she got a major attitude and if she could have thrown the drink at me she prob would have. Then got to the room and realized the other drink was made wrong as well. A real bummer, wish I could have asked for my tip back. I can assure you if I were to attempt again and I were to see her I would walk away. Waste of money, time and energy.

Great baristas always ready to greet you with a smile, ready to help with any questions, and truly enjoy what they are doing…and that shows in the drinks they craft….including just a simple brewed coffee. The best coffee crew in Rogers and the best owners in NWA! I first started patronizing the Comfortable Cup while visiting my MIL who was hospitalized at Mercy, or when I had a procedure done there. The staff has always been courteous, the owners go out of their way to engage with the customers, and the baked goods (from Buzzy Bee!) are scrumptious!
