Do not go to this McDonald’s unless you use the drive-thru

I order online on their app and go to pick it up. There are two cares in the drive thru and I ordered curbside and check-in. I wait 15 minutes and call to ask where my order is. Their manager Ashley says their short staffed and trying and that my order is ready. I wait another couple of minutes and nothing. I'm about to call in again and I finally see my order. I grab it and go. As I'm getting on the street, I reach in to grab some fries and they are cold.
I call and complain and have to turn around to get my food again.
I get my groceries and go back to that McD’s. I walk in and ask for Ashley. The gentlemen that walked out to bring me my food originally, looks up and walks over to me. He states that he’ll handle it and he’ll start my food right away and places the bag on their stainless steel counter. I see the guy go around to the line he’s working on, and I think he’s working on my order. I wait another 15 minutes, and I see him making some big macs. This guy who brought out my food and he tells me that he’ll make my food completely FORGOT to make my food! REALLY! He just took my bag and stated that he’ll work on it himself and then doesn’t even work on my order. What the hell! There is a guy right next to me complaining about the time for his order and he just walks out. I then see a guy in a grey shirt (Corey), and I ask him for help. The time is now 5:51 so it’s been an hour since my original order. I explain to Corey what’s going on. He asked to see my receipt show him my phone. He asks if he can take it to ensure that the order is correct. I agree. After another 10 minutes, I get my order and check it and I’m missing a medium fry and inform Corey. He states that he didn’t see it, but if I can show him the receipt again as he goes and gets my medium fries. He comes back and I show him. However, as he’s going back to get my fries I see Ashley, for the first time, coming to the front of the store from what I assume is an office. She then asks what’s going on with the orders and is trying to figure it out. Corey gives me my fires and inform him that they got to do better. During this whole time everyone in line waiting for their food is complaining. This lady stated she order her food and 4:35 and hadn’t gotten her food. However, the drive thru is rolling cars out. Food is leaving but only the drive thru. Why is that? The entire time I was waiting for my food, this McD’s only gave customers in their dinning room food one time. They are ONLY working on drive thru orders. What the hell! They should work on the orders as they come in. Why do people or use curbside or order inside have to wait double or triple the time to get their food while drive thru people are getting their food quickly? Make this make sense. Then if you’re going to make people wait double or triple the time, at LEAST get their order correct! If Ashely knows they are behind, why doesn’t she get out of her office to help her crew? She was in her office while this McD’s was not pushing out curbside or dining room orders? That does NOT show leadership. She would be helping her employee’s get orders out and ensure they’re correct but she’s just in the office doing who knows what. If you MUST go to this McD’s ONLY use the drive thru. At least you’ll get your food quicker but please ensure that the food is warm and accurate! I do appreciate Corey because he was trying to get orders out and be helpful, unlike Ashley! Keep up the good work Corey and I hope that Ashely uses you as an example to help out your workers rather then just staying in the office. I pulled out of the McD’s parking lot at 5:11 PM. It took over an hour for me to get my food, but hey, I did get a free Apple pie, but I’d would rather not deal with this and preferred to my order warm the first...
Read more9 months ago, I left a poor review for this McDonalds location. Decided to try again as the past issue may have been because of COVID... I went today for a Quarter-pounder meal, Hamburger Happy Meal with fries and 6 piece chicken nugget with hot/spicey muster sauce. I got the Happy Meal but it was a chicken nugget meal with honey mustard. Had to wait at curbside for quarter pounder. Took happy meal in and told them I have never been able to get a good HOT or correct meal from this location. They corrected the Happy meal. They brought out the "Quarter-Pounder" and I drove home. When I got home --- it wasn't a quarter pounder -t was a small hamburger with bacon and it was cold! I know I said on the last review I wouldn't go back but this time for sure. Apparently the manager doesn't care since this has happened over and over again. I do not recommend this McDonalds to anyone and will NOT give this place my money again. Food was cold ..asked for regular size but paid for large...last time I went here was the same thing. I had to reheat everything...wont be back. Will try...
Read moreI get food from this location quite often and i usually dont have an issue but as of recently every single time I do its incorrect, stale and/or cold. I used the mobile app as I usually do, got 2 mcdoubles, medium fry and a dr pepper. Dr pepper was 3/4ths the way full, fries were cold and getting stale, I would be okay with letting those two things slide if my burgers wernt so abhorently wrong. I get 2 simple mcdoubles, only ketchup, pickles and cheese. But what I actually got today, was a mcdouble with cheese and mustard, and then a mcdouble with Mac sauce and onions. Not even a single topping besides the cheese was correct. On top of that they were barely warm and the buns were hard and torn down the middle. I half expected to open it and see that someone had spit in them too just to add to how poorly they were made. This is the worst its been but this is just one of many recent times I've gone here recently and not gotten what I ordered. It sucks that this is the closest location to me because I will not be ordering from it ever again.
