Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Rogers

First time here. The food itself was really good. Tasted fresh, meat wasn't caked with spices, lots of veggie choices. The guacamole was even really good, a rarity for me to find one I like that's not homemade, and everything was mild, which is a problem at other joints like this. They seem to always have spicy meat and queso, but Moe's was enjoyable even for my 6 year old. Salsa bar was neat, restaurant was fairly clean (a few uncleared tables), and we were there on kids eat free night (Thursday). Probably the only complaint I have was the wait time. We had four people in front of us and no joking, it took 30 min to get our food to the table. I think it was the particular people they had working the line because once they rotated people later on, the line seemed to move a lot faster. But 30 waiting in line with four ahead of us seemed outrageously ridiculous. We will give them another try because their food was so good, but if that wait time is normal we just can't...

March 1st 2021 We typically like this place, but this location gets one star for the following: After a full day of travel and having to have only breakfast that morning, we were really hungry, we checked for places open near the XNA airport, and noticed that Moe's was open till 9pm, we rushed there and arrived at 8:34pm we both checked the time, walked in and was told by the only employee there that they were closing. I mentioned to her the time and the hours of her store, my guess is that she was already doing closing duties and didnt want to prep any more food, there were one other couple there that were already seated and eating. So based on her disposition, we decided to leave. I can understand if we were walking in there at 8:55 pm, but it was 26 minutes before closing time. So Whataburger across the street got our $$$ And we walked out of WB at 8:55, so even before official closing...

I’ve ordered from Moe’s several times, and recently through an Uber eats driver the wrong order was delivered which I thought because of that I’d have no way to get the right order to my place of business - I called Moe’s and after they saw what had happened they gladly made up my order and sent one of their own employees to bring it ! They could’ve just said sorry and been done but I so appreciated them helping me and they have a customer for life now ! Their driver was the sweetest young man and I tipped him but they didn’t require that and didn’t make me feel bad for trying to get what I ordered - I love the freshness of their food and really did appreciate all they did!
