Taco Bell, the only restaurant in the future according to Demolition Man. I opted for dine in tonight, and used the kiosk to order. Overall the kiosk was easy to use, and the menu items are sorted well and easy to locate what your looking for, unless it is a simple cup of water which I could not find on the kiosk at all, but I digress. I ordered two items, a burrito supreme with light lettuce and sour cream, and a bean burrito. I waited about 10 minutes for my food which gave me ample time to observe the employees working on the food line. I witnessed one female employee touch her shirt, hat, and hair and Co worker multiple times. Not once did she change her gloves. Food safety guidelines state that you must change your gloves if you touch any clothing, face, hair etc. No telling how long she had those gloves on touching her person and the guy she was flirting with. Their drive through was fairly busy, one couple that wanted to order with a person in store had to wait at least 5 to 8 minutes before a person came to the counter, and then got attitude when they asked for sauce because the dining area stock was empty. The dining room was kind of a wreck. Like I said the dining room sauce stock was almost. depleted, and the straws were as well. Some tables still had food remnants on them. I guess the Don't staff just a cashier dining room attendee anymore. The two employees on the right of the line(if you're facing the counter) were actively engaged in horseplay, and one of them was the employee that had the habit of touching her person or Coworker and not changing her gloves. My order was messed up. The burrito supreme was as far as I could tell light on lettuce and sour cream, but my bean burrito was not a bean burrito, but a beefy 5 layer burrito that looked like they tried to pass off as a 5 layer bean burrito, but couldn't get all the meat out of it. I don't eat here often, maybe once or twice a month, and I usually use the drive through. I have only had a few messed up orders over the pass year or two. Usually they do a decent job at this location as far as I can tell. 2...
Read moreI wanted ZERO Stars! Tried to go thru the drive thru at 11:00pm/2300hrs tonight and not only could the person on the other side of the menu repeat my order back correctly, he INCORRECTLY repeated it back three times. When I offered to come to the window to clarify the order, he told me I HAD to order at the kiosk. I canceled my order and will NEVER return to this location and have contacted corporate headquarters about the abysmal service at this location. This is NOT the first incident the last time - over a month ago - I sat in the drive thru for -- honest to God - an HOUR and they still didn't get more order correct. IF you value your time do NOT go to this location after 10pm/2200hrs. EVER! PS -- I've been on HOLD trying to talk to the closing manager for 30+ minutes! As in they answered, after then after I requested to speak to the manager on duty, the handset was clearly just laid on the desk/counter and I've been listening to the store crew actively being not all that swamped. Yes. I'm waiting to see how long it'll be before someone just either picks up or hangs up on me. PPS-- WOW! After an HOUR I finally got to talk to the young lady who is the closing manager. She was polite but not particularly interested in the problems her crew is causing. As a former fast-food store manager I know that when the manager sets a tone of "I don't give a flying excrement' the crew does the same. To reiterate - AVOID This STORE after...
Read moreThis is a reflection of the management and owner(s), not the people who do the actual day to day work.
Constantly out of basic things like tomatoes, beans, cheese, and sour cream. Often unable to accept cash, or unable to accept cards, depending on what day it is. Line is backed up all the way to the road, and it's a 20-minute wait.
Never any indication of the issues above until you're at the ordering position in the drive through, at which point you've been in the line for 20 minutes just to learn that they don't take cards and they're out of half the ingredients so you can't order anything you like anyway.
This taco bell used to be good, and the people who work here are always professional, courteous, and care more about doing a good job than you'd expect from a fast food place. I hope they are paid well, because I can't remember the last time they got an order wrong or any other issues. Again, the people doing the actual work are excellent. It's the business itself, the management and owner(s), who seem to be absent and not willing to even attempt...
