Burger King — Restaurant in Rogers

Came in to try the 10 nuggets for $1 along with their new Bacon King. The wait time was very long despite the parking lot being empty and 5 staff members inside standing around. We ordered a frozen soda along with our dinner, and waited at the window for a few minutes before someone came out to get the payment and confirm the order. Roughly 3 minutes after that we were told that they could not offer the frozen soda because of the machines being down for the evening. Between having the time to inform us of this at the speaker, and when interacting with us in person at the drive-thru window, they had ample opportunity to tell us this so the order could be adjusted before we even got to the window. Sad to say that between the experiences of others at this location along with my own, I can definitely say that this is not the BK location to go due to either poor training, or poor candidates being hired...

We ordered online pick-up and my husband couldn't go in the lobby at first, someone opened it for him and he said he was here for a pick-up order and the man hands him a bag. My husband asked where the drinks were, and the man told him "It's all in the bag!" My husband felt rushed out as the man told him the lobby was closed? There was already a few people eating in the lobby though and it was only 8 pm. It said lobby was open online til at least 10. I get things happen and they can be short handed, but 1) should reflect that online the lobby is closing early 2) staff shouldn't handle the situation the way they did. Plus, frustratingly enough, we didn't even have our whole order when we checked our food. So then we had to wait in the drive thru line for 10-15 minutes when our food should have been ready to begin with. Please take this review into...

Ordered off Postmates. I only came in once it said my order was already done. Went inside And asked for the order. Which I could see but nobody even checked so I just stood there. Meanwhile one of the workers. Blonde hair bigger guy, was just complaining very loudly how people need to stop ordering food because “this is ridiculous”. Then asked him about my order when they asked what I was standing there for and he said it wasn’t done and that “it will be ready when it’s ready”. Mind you I could see my order the whole time already done. And I wasn’t complaining or anything I was just quietly waiting. This guy clearly is stressed and hates his job and doesn’t care who hears it. So someone should tell him to quit then. I’m not sure how him even being like this around customers was...
