I Love Pupusas — Restaurant in Rogers

This place is AMAZING! Real, authentic food, no toxic chemicals, all natural, and true to the culture! My mom and I EASILY filled up on their flavorful food, and all for under ten bucks! I definitely recommend the obvious: Pupusas, of course! But their other food is just as amazing, I'm sure. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and very, very professional. Don't let the outside of the restaurant fool you, and make no mistake of it, the inside of this place is immaculately clean and has an old world charm about it. This restaurant would be great for date nights, families, party events, and especially great for a kick and taste of culture! Get out of your comfort zone! Help small business thrive! I called in order in on december 10, 2023 Around 12pm. I made a large order for papusus. I asked them to separate the different kinds. And I need a large thing of Verde hit sauce or (20 )of the small container. They ask for my name. Gf got there. They couldn't find my order.... 10 min later then my gf called me had me speak to the woman Do you spoke to the woman? She couldn't understand me. How to repeat my order to her? Then they finally found it it was under the name david. Pay for the food roughly sixty something dollars. GF get to my job where I'm at. I get it inside there's no house sauce. Enlarge container of tomato sauce to go on it. They put everything in to one Pan mix them all up. And shorted me 4.

First, service was beyond unfriendly, made you feel like you were a burden. Second, they brought out the adults food first, then about 7 min later after confronting them why the childrens food was taking so long they brought it out one child plate, then had to wait longer for the other child chicken nugget plate. To top it off the chicken was pink rubbery and absolutely raw! The inside looks like they could care less about appearance. Then cashing out, they tried to charge another meal that was not mine....
