Ive been going to this drive thru every 3 months or so for many many years. After tonight, doubtful I will anymore.
The building is in horrible need of a paint job & just some basic upkeep.
I got broccoli and beef & kept smelling this awful odor all the way home to the point I took the long route around a processing plant 4 miles away thinking that was the source. It wasnt.
When I opened the bag & then the takeout container the beef was rancid. Like rancid to the point my dog said hard no to it. Down the disposal $20.55 food went.I rinsed the takeout container before putting it in the kitchen trash but it still smelled so foul I took the bag that had only the empty takeout container in it to the outside bin. Then opened my windows to air my home. Wow, just wow.
A friendly staff wont make up for that guys....

The fried pork wontons were RAW in the middle and overcooked on the outside. Clearly they didn't have their fry oil at the correct temp. Also, I ordered fried rice. I got stemmed rice. With both of these mistakes I decided to call the restaurant to warn about the raw pork and fried rice. The man had no comment about the raw pork, and said that they call their regular stem rice fried rice. I commented that this is stemmed rice and not fired rice. He responded, "well that's what we call fried rice here and we serve it with all our meals." He didn't even apologize or respond about the RAW PORK.
I had not ate at Hunans in years. It used to be decent food. I won't go back.
I want to say something nice, so I will complement their broccoli. It was good. My wife also liked their...
Read moreMongolian beef was 50% ingredients on the menu that described the dish, the rest was bamboo shoots which aren’t in the description. Mushrooms were clearly canned, reminded me of hunts brothers pizza from gas stations. Soft but slimy. I’m assuming the rice was supposed to be fried, but has absolutely no flavor and was gummy. Not even the generic peas and carrots you get in a mall food court. Might not be fried rice, idk wasn’t conveyed it came with the dish from the menu, either. Dish was like $13 or something, for ten nugget sized pieces of beef, with cheap and lazily prepared vegetables. The sauce and beef were pretty tasty, but doesn’t justify the cost or measly portions of actual prepared food I received. Not a soul inside the place at lunchtime, I...
