Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rolla

Recent Update I ONLY use the App!!! regardless of policies, the evening staff are always absolutely outstanding. I fully believe how you interact with someone from the start will set the pace for the entire experience, every time I've had hopefule expectations and they've been met and then some! From just listening to me blab if I get there too early for my order, or calling to ask a million stupid questions, they are ALWAYS there to help walk me through any issues I could have. Happily i doubt, but they still help nonetheless, as well as this being privately owned vs corporate. The times on the ordering for the app depends on how busy they are, which iantr the staffs fault if everyone in town getting off work places online orders at the same time. The longest I've had to wait was almost two hours, and even though they were busy, they still let me know what was going on with the order as best they could. Anyone I've ever dealt with at this store has even doing their absolute best, as well as those working indirectly while I'm there, they're busy nonstop. So thankful to have them!

Edit this was the best place to go for 100% protocols in place, clearly having concern for both employees and customers alike. That has all gone out the window. Some wear a mask, some don't. Same with the customers, even with the policies in place. I love this place, and they do offer curbside etc for hand free delivery...but what's the point of the person assembling the order isn't masked.. Very disappointed in this. Y'all were one of the handful of places I felt safe coming to, especially since out family doesn't eat out and didn't start until the pandemic + Dominos policies.

This is STILL THE BEST "covid friendly" service cute food in town by far!!! Ever since 2017 & had Dominoes save the day with delivery in Colorado during a Monsoon, had a soft spot for them. Had never used the local store, and decided to try the app (while calling to ensure it went through with Country wifi) and was by FAR the easiest experience, happy employees,...

I usually go to this Domino's in the afternoon and everything has always gone smooth, courteous employees and great food. I never cared for this companies pizza but the chicken is the Bomb!! Anyway, it was Saturday night and I got the craving for some of that chicken. I thought, it's way too late, they'll be closed or about to. the clock said approximately 1250am. I had looked on the web site, (and the door on a previous visit), and it said open till 2 am. In fact as I started writing this review, the internet said they were still open. I called and asked if I could still place an order for pickup. The man said yes, no problem. I told him I was 15 to 20 mins away. He said it was not a problem, they were open till 2 am. I got there in record time in my Challenger at 1:20am and the store lights were all out and one lone car out front, which was apparently the cook sitting inside it. As soon as I opened my car door to get out, she was still sitting in her car and harping at me that they were closed. I told her I had just called and talked to someone and she interrupted me and said I never received any orders!, no orders popped up!, and we have been closed for 30 mins! I had just driven 28 or so miles one way to pickup that order, (I live in a rural area in the country). But anyway, I'm not gonna fault the whole store because of one person's shenanigans. And I still like the chicken. But, I would suggest going anytime other than late on a weekend evening to get something to eat. It's probably a good thing I didn't...

Called in a carry out order. 01/18/2022 . 1pm let them know I would arrive to pick up my large 3 topping deal. I asked if Truck parking was available. A young lady was UN certain. But she then advised me. Yes you should be fine. I asked her again to be clear. I explained to her the Commercial motor Vehicle I was driving was large & with a Trailer. She assured me I could park possibly across the street from the Dominoes facility. 10 minutes the order would be complete & ready for pickup. I departed from my parking spot 9 miles from this store. I - 44 exit 176 along the shoulder. I arrived 15 minutes . could not stop. This location has no way to receive any sort of commercial motor vehicles. Regardless of it having a trailer or not. I continued to drive around searching for a spot to possibly disconnect the trailer and attempt a residential parking long enough yo pickup the pizza. Could find nothing for miles away. Called Dominoes. Spoke with a male rep. He decided to make a special delivery to the truck as long as I found a spot to park. So I acquired a spot in a tiny but doable tarter tott resturaunt parking structure. He arrived and low and behold. He made my order free of charge due to the enconvienance . placed on me as a customer who is Faithful to Dominoes. Thank you sir. Parking for Dominoes Sucks. But this individual turned my frown...
