Dunkin' — Restaurant in Rome

I have never had a bad experience with this place until tonight. Cashier 460538 was nothing but rude. She kept interrupting my co worker and kept huffing and puffing over three SHORT orders. My co-worker and I work at Atrium Health Floyd and we went around 4am to get 3 orders for our floor. We were told they had no bagels & then they mentioned bagels again when we asked for an alternative, and said the bagels were in the oven. We were told it'd be a 15-20 minute wait. We waited for 40 minutes only for us not to get our bagels. When we called we were told that we never said anything about no bagels. Not only that but while we waited for our food, they told a random car from the drive thru to come to US (our parked car) to tell us that our food was ready. So we moved & went in front of the building only to get our 3 orders that we could've gotten in the drive thru to begin with without the bagels if we would've known we wouldn't get our bagels). Food is fine I have no problem with it . It just the workers here SO RUDE for no reason and seem so miserable. We waited for 10 minutes to get our order taken and when she came she was so rude and when we asked for a half dozen of dounts she just rolled her eyes and pointed. So as we was figuring out what to get she just keep rolling her eyes acting like she was bored and something better to do then she got a drive thru order and so then she just completely ignored us and then when my husband quietly asked her for the receipt while she was at the cash register still she gave him the hold on finger like excuse me !?!? After she was done taking the order she like what did you want and then rudely handed us the receipt . And then when our order was done being made no one lets us know it was done it was just sitting there and then when she got finished making the drink she just shoved it to us like it almost about to fall. don’t usually go to dd’s bc they’re always rude, but we decided to give it a try. we went in and weren’t greeted. we waited to get our donuts for like 15 mins. went to ask for them, and they still didn’t give them to us despite not being busy. the store was literally empty. they eventually left the donuts at the counter without letting us know they were ready, and when we pointed that out, they laughed and said that they weren’t a restaurant that brings the food to the table. we didn’t even expect that from them at all; we just wanted them to call it out like they always do. then we ended up leaving with 2 donuts bc they got our order wrong. i don’t understand why these ppl are hired if they can’t have decent customer service. it’s so unfair that those who actually TRY don’t get hired. this corporation has...
