Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Rome

I come to Marco’s weekly!! (Check all of my orders)

On this night of November 15, 2024 ticket #199 in the amount of $56.01, I ordered 3-orders of 15 count wings which were supposed to be all flats for each. One of them was a 15 piece plane all flats, the second one was a half garlic Parmesan seven piece and the other was a eight piece lemon pepper all flats, and this last Order of wings was suppose to be a 15 piece lemon pepper mild mix all flats. Instead, I was given a 10 piece lemon pepper mild for my last order and it was not all flats as I asked for. I called and talked to the manager named Carly who told me to come back to get a 10 piece flats lemon pepper mild to make up for the mix up of wings that I got. I asked her twice if she needed to ones that weren’t what I wanted and she told me not to worry about it. So I drove almost 14 minutes back to them & sat there for almost 10min, only to be told by Carly that her GM needed proof and that they could not justify my order due to the GMs decision. This is disappointing!! I will not be back to Marco’s. I am highly unsatisfied and upset due to the fact that I paid for a 15 count and got only a 10 piece instead, and they cannot justify my order. You guys could’ve gave me the 5pc that was missing or either refunded me the difference of the 15pc for the 10pc that was given for only one order smh. I would’ve settled with not having all flats as well! Instead you chose to loose a customer and take my money.

I worked 12hrs today and wanted to enjoy the fight and eat with my family tonight… all I can say is wow! God Bless… I only wanted you to correct your mistake

Our first pizza was really pretty good , the pepperoni magnifico. The cheese was so delicious but, only complaint was some areas had alot less cheese. I thought that I would try the deluxe tonight. I am sorry to say I was highly disappointed & just being truthful. The green peppers & onions was so crunchy it tasted raw and it looked like it was cooked & then the veggies was just thrown on. I can say the only thing that saved this pizza was the was the taste of the cheese. I am wondering if this is just the way they make pizza with the raw veggies thrown on top. It seemed to not have the cheese evenly on this pizza too & would be great to have the same amount all over the pizza. If it is the way it's made normally then I definitely don't want to try it any more. Maybe, it was just a bad night or something, sure hope it was because the pizzas are not cheap. Maybe ,I will give it time and try one more time but, I was so disappointed ☹️ I don't like to complain but, I hope this will be constructive telling the truth & pizzas will improve & be more like first experience but with cheese all over evenly though! I decide to give it another chance months later and they must take their reviews seriously! Everything has improved and now I order a lot, much better & looks & taste...

I worked in the pizza business for many years in the past. Marcos has that family atmosphere every time you go in or delivery. We love Marcos pizza and my family does as well! Everyone has such a great attitude and are very polite.if there was a problem with your order the order takers and management do more than apologize.The head manager has a very professional attitude and we really appreciate him. I give the whole store and the franchise 100 A+'s. Whenever we come from out of town we cannot wait until we call Marcos. I pick Marcos over Dominos pizza and I used to work for Dominos pizza. Marco's Pizza is the best thing to come to Rome,Ga. We heard very good things about Marco's Pizza before the place was even finished....
