Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR by eating a Pop-tart, pack your lunch, even COOK! if you plan on getting takeout from here, you may as well go hungry! My husband and I stopped to get us something quick on our way to the river to fish. We arrived around 11:15 pm and did not even see our food until 12:08 am! As I was wanting to use some of our reward points, I thought it would be more convenient to go inside. After trying to access my account using the Kiosk and failing to do so, I asked the cashier why it was not scanning my barcode. She stated that the kiosk doesn't scan your barcode. That was okay and I completely understand, it happens! However, she knew I was needing my order to be placed and PROCEEDED to walk away. I stood for another 10 minutes waiting for her to come back, and a guy that I had an order before mine, had been waiting as well. He was a Door Dash deliverer. HE NEEDED HIS FOOD! HE HAD TO BEG FOR IT! noticing the drive thru was getting their order first, I decided to get back in my car and get in line. I had placed my free order, to which they claimed I received it and didn't, prior to going through the drive-thru. When I placed my order, I told them about the reward order. I have never seen someone who was so unprofessional in my life! When met, instead of asking me what I had said I got a "huh?" Not excuse me or can you repeat that as I didn't hear you, just a "HUH", Well, being I have worked for fast food on and off since I was 16 years old, I know that that kind of professionalism is not tolerated within corporate. It took a solid 10 minutes after the long, unsuccessful wait in the lobby. When we received our food, it was hot but had a really bad taste. The pickles has some "funk", and on a hamburger my husband had got, his meat was not even on the bun! You see, no matter the food you are getting weather fast-food or steakhouse, you should be met in a timely manner. These people would NOT like me to be their manager! Knowing safety codes of the health department, I was to scared to enjoy my food. Your business is lacking good management, and suffers from lack of authority. Effective management and to retrain or rehire will be your ONLY saving grace. I am going to school for this, and I do not even know if someone with a Master's degree could save this business without a MAJOR over-haul! Read moreLet me first mention that I despise being inside of any Mc Donalds. I feel disgusting just being inside of them. I swear the main food items contain less than half of actual food ingredients. Moving to my experience here. I was visiting recently because a client chose to meet at this location. I accompanied her to the counter while she ordered, thinking since I'm starving maybe I could just order a salad, that should have the most real food ingredients than anything else on the menu. While at the counter I noticed, at the corner of my eye an assembly of cockroaches tackling a french frie. When I informed the cashier she said she would inform the manager, while smirking like this is normal! The "manager" came around with a broom stating to the customers that she is not the manager she is just filling in. She then went on to say, "I don't know what to do about them I already came by and swept them up once, the exterminators were already called and will be here on Monday." Ugh!!!! So this is normal?! I can only imagine how many bugs are crawling inside the machines. My skin was crawling! Once they gave me my order I just stared at the salad wondering if a bug could be tossed in there. I just could not bring myself to eat it so I returned it. Later while meeting with my client, I saw another one crawling on the dining table! I couldn't get out there any faster. It is hard for me to tell you the quality of the food giving as how in five visits yes 5 visits I have never received food from this McDonald's. I however have waited patiently in the Drive-Thru for up to 30 minutes with only one car in front of me. This all happens on a third shift. I can rate the quality of the staff handling the drive-thru window however at the first window given the fact that was the only window in 30 minutes I was able to make it to. She did not even acknowledge me when I first came to the window other than opening the window and holding out her hand, I had to ask her how much was the purchase. I had only ordered a sausage biscuit and a hash brown I knew exactly what they total would be however she should have told me regardless then she rolled her eyes when she told me the price I gave her the money and after waiting 30 minutes I knocked on the window I honked my horn she finally returned and I requested my money back and then she became extremely ill again.
