Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Rome

The drinks and food are great, but after the reopening and new ownership, service has been awful. The new employees are not as friendly. I've been missing the familiar faces.

The app has also been forced down my throat more than ever before and when I declined an app card, the worker at the window told me they would be fired if they didn't give it to me. I am appalled.

They also don't tell us to "scoot on up to the window" anymore, which I thought was cute and unique. I missed it. When I asked why they had stopped, my favorite worker told me that new management says it's "offensive to people in wheelchairs", which is ridiculous as I'm a wheelchair user myself and took no offense to it. As much as wheelchairs scoot, so do cars...

I will miss the lattes, but I don't think I'll be...

This parking lot is both difficult to get into and to get out of. Horrid decision on location.

It's FAR easier to get in and out of Dunkin across the street and you can get the same frozen fare without the chance of creating a 34 car pileup

This awful coffee shop is exactly what was needed in a place where the traffic is regularly bottlenecked at busy hours

I love Scooter's! Before they opened, our only options in town were Dunkin and Starbucks. I never liked the tastes of either of them. Scooter's coffee is delicious, smooth and not overpowering in taste. My son literally begs for a blueberry muffin every morning and I have to get myself an iced caramelicious at least once a week. I also love that they have a point system so you can earn free drinks. And the ladies working there are so nice and friendly. (Shout-out to the lady with the pretty serotonin tattoo, she's always so happy.) I've absolutely never had a bad experience and this is definitely my favorite place to...
