The employees were very rude. The lady that took my order through the drive thru was rushing and had an attitude. I asked the lady at the payment window one simple question about the spongebon meal and she got all rude saying well that's why we told you x when you ordered. I said ok thats fine can I just add another small frosy please, she did luckily. Lastly the lady at the 2nd window was very huffy about handing my order to me. I was thrown off due to my experience and pulled away from the window before I had my whole order so my husband went inside and got it. He said they acted like they had no idea what he was talking about even though we had just left the drive thru minutes ago. Eventually someone points to a random bag and says what's this and it ends up being the other part of the order. We leave and once we get in the car we realize that the krabby patty meal that I got for my little girl was just a normal Dave's combo? There was no indication of anything spongebob related on/ with it. It was just a normal Dave's single meal. I wanted to get this for my daughter because she loves spongebob and I thought she would love a spongebob inspired meal. I thought it would at the very least have a spongebob bag or wrapper. I didnt even end up telling her it was the krabby patty meal at all because it made no sense. Also, they were out of the pineapple frosty and they would only replace it with a drink and i had to buy her chocolate frosty seperate even though the meal was supposed to come with a frosty. I understand they were out of the pineapple but they could've atleast did a chocolate one and not make me pay extra for another chocolate one that should've been included in her meal. Got to 2nd window and waited 10 minutes before car in front got food. I pull to window expecting my food to surely be ready, I wait a minute or two get my food.
