The employees were very rude. The lady that took my order through the drive thru was rushing and had an attitude. I asked the lady at the payment window one simple question about the spongebon meal and she got all rude saying well that's why we told you x when you ordered. I said ok thats fine can I just add another small frosy please, she did luckily. Lastly the lady at the 2nd window was very huffy about handing my order to me. I was thrown off due to my experience and pulled away from the window before I had my whole order so my husband went inside and got it. He said they acted like they had no idea what he was talking about even though we had just left the drive thru minutes ago. Eventually someone points to a random bag and says what's this and it ends up being the other part of the order. We leave and once we get in the car we realize that the krabby patty meal that I got for my little girl was just a normal Dave's combo? There was no indication of anything spongebob related on/ with it. It was just a normal Dave's single meal. I wanted to get this for my daughter because she loves spongebob and I thought she would love a spongebob inspired meal. I thought it would at the very least have a spongebob bag or wrapper. I didnt even end up telling her it was the krabby patty meal at all because it made no sense. Also, they were out of the pineapple frosty and they would only replace it with a drink and i had to buy her chocolate frosty seperate even though the meal was supposed to come with a frosty. I understand they were out of the pineapple but they could've atleast did a chocolate one and not make me pay extra for another chocolate one that should've been included in her meal. When I pulled in a Wendy's employee was leaned into a car that had pulled from drive thru chatting. I got to speaker box ordered pulled around was 2nd car in line. Payment was taken quickly. Got to 2nd window and waited 10 minutes before car in front got food. I pull to window expecting my food to surely be ready, I wait a minute or two get my food. Pull off so car behind me now that has 3 cars in line can move forward.i check my bag and I have the wrong sandwich. Fine whatever I'll walk in, go to the door it's locked walk around to other door locked as well...it's 846pm how are you closed in the lobby? So I walk up to the drive thru apologize to the car at the window and inform lady my order is wrong she says she gave me the wrong thing has them remake it and hands it to me. She was polite but not overly apologetic for the fact I'm standing in her drive thru window whwn I should've been able to walk in. Guy that had been chatting outside just walking around aimlessly doing nothing seems like the only people working w were the lady and whomever was cooking the front counter girl walked off to lobby.
