I called in a simple pickup a few nights ago. I placed an order for 1lb. bbq wings, 1lb. buffalo wings, an order of cheese bread, a small fry, and a Caesar salad. The woman says 30 minutes. I drive to the location and to my surprise my food is not finished. The rather large lady behind the counter tells me 7 more minutes and thinks the situation is cute because she remembered my name. I go outside, wait in my truck, and 20 minutes go by. I walk back in and the rail thin woman tells me it’s being bagged up. Another 10 minutes go by and as the larger lady makes her way to the front, I politely ask if we could have a 2 liter for the wait. She says sure, walks over to the cooler, grabs the pop, and hands us our food. I say thank you and walk out. I drive home and my salad is no where to be found. My boyfriend calls back up, waits on hold for 15 minutes to be told “well we gave you free 2 liter” and he replied “yeah for waiting well over an hour for our food when you clearly stated 30 minutes.” After the woman huffs & puffs she says “I can put a credit in the books or you can drive back up here yourself and get it.” So, my boyfriend and I drive back up there. My boyfriend walks in and both women are now behind the front counter talking smack about my $5.99 salad I already paid for. Funny you can remember my name, but not a simple salad. I posted pictures to show how much we overpaid for the little amount of food we purchased. $7.99 for a pound of wings is literally 7 wings. $5.99 for a salad that looks like a five year old made. Luke warm at best cheese bread. $1.99 for a super small handful of fries. And the amount comes to $49 and some change? How is this even possible? I can honestly say that I will NO LONGER be a customer to this chain pizza! I don’t know what is worse; the awful customer service or the fact they overcharge and rip people off. Read moreAwful service. I work in restaurants and would never think to complain, except in this case my order was completely wrong. When I called them about it the woman who answered the phone read back an order that didn't match my receipt (or the order that arrived), and then she put me on hold. A man answered who immediately apologized and said my order would be remade. I call back an hour and a half later to check on it, and the owner answers. She immediately raised her voice at me and said there would be no refunds or replacements, and that my order arrived exactly as made. I told her I doubted it, because the first time I called they read back to me an order that contained meat and I'm a vegetarian. I think that she misunderstood and thought I was claiming the order I received contained meat, because she proceeded to talk over me, tell me I wasn't telling the truth, and ask every nearby worker while on the phone whether there had been meat in my delivery from two and a half hours ago. Every time I tried to explain the mistake she would cut me off. I'm perfectly fine eating the first order even though it wasn't what I paid for, but I wish I would have known about the hassle of getting it fixed because I wouldn't have let it...
Read moreI ate here January 15th around 10pm and the bacon cheese bread was good. I’m concerned though because a employee was wiping his nose and rubbing his face and didn’t wash his hands. I can’t tell if he made my food or another guy. But the manager brushing off my concern by giving me “free ranch” but I already paid for extra ranch so I wasn’t very happy. I wasn’t looking for any compensation just keep people safe. I might not eat here anymore after that!
Update it’s October 13, 2022 I ordered the bacon cheese bread around 10:45 PM I went in to pay for my food and there was a really nice Arabic lady taking my order I made a comment about the same guy sneezing without covering his face. She walked back said something to her husband and then every now and again I will get a random glance since I started watching them making my food. It’s been almost 8 months exactly and almost the same thing happened again with the same employee. I had to edit my original review because I couldn’t place a second review.
