Arby's — Restaurant in Roosevelt Park

I was so shocked to have the manager tell me (that's your sandwich) we purchased 6 fish sandwiches the young placed all 6 in one bag. When she passed it to me I took it as I was passing it to my hubby it bursed on all the sandwiches were now on my hubby lap. Out of 6 not not well wrapped sandwiches out only contents fell out. I immediately turned to the young lady asking he why did she pack all in one bag? The manager runs over and says don't yell well I wasn't yelling I asked a question. I then proceeded to tell jom this sandwich contents fell out an attempted to pass it back through the window to the young lady. He yell no it didn't (mine you he was on the other side of the room) I repeated myself he looked at me with the meanest look yelling THAT'S YOUR SANDWICH (basically saying we aren't remaking it the young lady tired to tell him it did but he wasn't responding to her. Yelling: THAT'S YOUR SANDWICH! I politely took those other five ripped bag an all place them together and said no their not mines. Passing them back to him requsted a refund and called corporate immediately. So really they were mine with that type of service....

This place has really gone downhill. I went through the drive-thru around 10pm and when asked what id like to order i told them a large combo and a 6 piece mozzarella sticks, then they asked me what sauces id like, I told them bbq and marinara. I get to the window and pay, they ask if I need a reciept and I say yes, then they ask me what sauces I want again, and I tell them. Then I wait over 5 minutes in the drive-thru for them to come back and say the printer isnt working and they are out of BBQ sauce, I say no problem. Then they ask me again what sauces I want. Finally I get my food and its missing fries, I ask for fries and they say I substituted them for mozzarella sticks! I say Naw I didnt as I notice I only got 4 sticks, not 6. So I ask for a manager who sees my total was nearly 20 bucks and sees what I ordered isnt in the bag so they tell me to pull forward to wait for fresh fries and mozzarella sticks. I pull forward and wait another 10-15 minutes before they bring out my food. Horrible experience! I will not be going back to the Henry...

Today, I went to arbys I came in to 4 amazing girls. They were so positive, had amazing smiles. They were fast and kept a great conversation going. I had a blast talking to them while they were working on my food. I didn’t order much but they were very understanding, happy and very cheerful. Ashanti the girl who took my order was so adorable!! And the manager Brianna was a very fast worker got my food out very fast and had a wonderful smile! I asked for fresh food and I think her name was janiya she got right on top of that! It was amazing how fast she moved with her smile! Hope was a very kind worker she didn’t have a name tag on but I heard her name from the front counter girl. Hope had a wonderful smile helping out bagging and communicating with me. I would definitely recommend this place!!! The food was so yummy and workers...
