Fiesta Cancun — Restaurant in Roscoe Township

Last night will be my last experience with the Roscoe location of Fiesta Cancun. It began with a $73 takeout order. Telephone orders at this location are problematic as language appears to be an impediment. If you're looking to hold the onions or lettuce, good luck with that. Last night took it to a different level as my chicken fajitas order was omitted. When I called to inform them the person who answered the phone seemed skeptical, he wanted to know if I had checked all the containers. Gee whiz, why didn't I think of that? Of course I checked - that's why I was calling. I was assured that a replacement order would be waiting when I returned to the restaurant. It's about a 15 minute drive from my house but mistakes happen. When I arrived at the restaurant the manager on duty remember me and asked if I was the one who called about the chicken fajita. Long story short, a replacement was not waiting and I left 20 minutes later with no fajitas. During that time I was told I'd need to wait my turn as they were busy. In a prior dine-in experience, a person in our party found a hair in their meal. When we complained, this same manager (tall, thin, young man) said the color of the hair found in the food didn't match the hair color of anyone working in the kitchen. Well, it didn't match anyone in our party either. We weren't asking for a forensic examination, hair in the food is hair in the food. It's that simple. It's not a debate or a "who done it". Just replace the dish and move on. In any event, for obvious reasons, we will not return and do not recommend the Roscoe location of Fiesta Cancun. There are better...

I’ve eaten at this establishment many times! I ordered take out and was told over the phone my order number was 10 and that it would be ready in 10-15 mins. When I arrived and said my order number was 10 he all of a sudden couldn’t find my order then says oh it’s tacos and I said yes and repeated my order back to him after he agreed he had the right ticket for me #10 he charged me and I waited 25+ mins after this then went home with the food. Order was completely wrong nothing in the order was correct at all. With this being said I called to speak to a manager, the manager being the same person who helped me when I was at the restaurant went on to say it was poor communication on both ends from the customer(me) and him. I explained that I wanted a refund or my food remade. He told me I would have to come in to get the refund or he could make the food again. As a manager myself I am extremely unsatisfied with how he went about this situation he never apologized or took blame that it was his fault they are unorganized and don’t have orders properly organized when ordered. He continued to say the girl who came in (me) agreed to the wrong order when I specifically asked if the order had the things I asked for on it and he said yes. The customers always right no matter what in order to run your business properly you need to make sure that people walk out happy every single time. Or your business will fail!! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fiesta Cancun Authentic Mexican Restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed!
