I enjoyed this place and will be probably be coming back again! Service was relatively quick and for $13 I recieved a pretty generous portion size.
I got the Timber Faller bowl, which seemed like it was a bit of everything they had to offer. It had biscuits, gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, home fry style potatoes and a mix of chopped meats that was referred to as the clogger mix.
The only thing i wasn't completely satisfied with were a few of the home fries, as they still had that cooked-but-not-tender texture. Other than that, everything was prepared and seasoned well.
As far as experience goes, I do wish they had some kind of seating in the area nearby, but I understand that's likely not possible due to their being a food truck. It also seemed like their counters were a bit high which might make it a little difficult to order if you're using a wheelchair.

My bowl was great, bacon was cooked perfectly everything tasted fresh to me this is also great for people who work swing or graveyard and there's nothing in town open for lunches or when you get off. Tastes better and is cheaper than any chain restaurant too. Wish I would have noticed it sooner!
