It’s below Papa John, Dominos & Little Caesar - I don’t know what to say but NO WAY there’s an Italian anywhere near that kitchen!!!! It’s the worst pizza I’ve ever had in Chicago or Wisconsin since coming back from NY!! I don’t give 1 or 0 stars as the effort to make it deserves recognition but the owners clearly don’t care the cheese tastes old, sauce like they added sugar & perhaps a bit of stevia or something for insult & then put it on a dough almost orange from age which they tried desperately to overcook to distract from the misery of this “pizza” - my god - do better! I got sucked in by the buy one get one offer - DON’T do the same! I tossed out a pizza & a half for the raccoons (I actually feel bad for those little gremlins if they eat it😂) - normally I pass on commenting but...

Me and my partner got some food from here tonight. The sandwich I got was the godmother which is a great sandwich and the only reason I'm not giving them 1 star. So that goes to our other food, my partner got fettuccine Alfredo and it is straight up frozen chicken pieces and jarred Alfredo sauce it was bland and just tasted like noodles and butter. We've never been here before and we been told to get the pizza can't comment on that aspect but I can comment on this aspect and that is that just get the pizza if you do decide to eat here but we on the other hand will not be returning. We threw out the pasta and split the sandwich and split the waffle fries we got which brings me to the fries a small handful for almost 4 dollars is not it chief. Please be better other than that...

I spent 45 mins for a pick up. The cashier kept on giving me the 5mins routine(and everyone else). I guess they had an issue with the oven, but my problem was they didn’t know where or if they made my pizza. When I arrived there were 2 people waiting. When I left(w/out my order) there were at least 7, waiting. They had no idea what pizza was what. I asked for my refund shortly after they started dissecting the pizzas to determine what they were. Absolutely the worst experience. I had to wait 10mins just for them to get my refund. They did offer me a large sausage pizza, but I declined.
