We have been regular customers of Yeung's for years. Today, we had an order whereby I asked to substitute pork fried rice (PFR) instead of white rice - they said ok. Upon delivery, they tried to charge an additional $6 for the PFR, and I told them that they did not tell me there was an extra charge - I tried to give it back. The ARROGANT delivery guy said, "I TAKE THE WHOLE ORDER BACK, WE DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS !" I honored his request - and they lost a good, consistent customer for life.
