Pepperoni's Pizza - Rosenberg — Restaurant in Rosenberg

I don't know why Google doesn't have a zero stars option because if there is one that truly deserves a zero is this joke of a place. The first time we ordered from this place, the girl taking the order over the phone was very unprofessional and had a little attitude. I had to repeat my address 3 times. This was at 1:03 p.m. An hour and 45 minutes later, (2:47 p.m.) I called to see why the pizza hadn't been delivered and then asked to speak to the manager because the guy I spoke to said the pizza wasn't ready yet. The manager then tells me that the pizza had been delivered already. Then proceeds to tell me that it was delivered to the wrong address. (Never mind the fact that I repeated the address 3 times to the girl who took the order.) He says he'll put another order in for me to give it 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, (4:20) I called to say I wanted a refund because the pizza never arrived. So in total, I waited 3 hours and 23 minutes. A little after 7:00 p.m, the front door neighbor saw me outside and asked me if we had ordered a pizza because she just got home from work and there was a pizza on the floor in front of her door. It was an extra large cheese pizza from Pepperoni's with my name on it. So, that means that aside from taking it to the wrong house, the delivery guy just dropped it off and put it on the floor where it sat there for over 6 hours until the neighbor arrived. The pizza ended up in the trashcan because aside from being left on the floor, it was burned. This was a couple of months ago. Today, we were in the area and wanted to give it a second try during lunch time. Aside from the fact that the pizza tasted bad because they burned it, if you buy a 2 litter, get ready to drink it with your hands because they charge you $2.75 for an empty foam cup. Not to mention that the man that takes your order has the worst attitude. However, now that I look at their reviews, it doesn't surprise me one bit that the majority of them are very negative. I would never recommend this place to absolutely anyone. Even though I gave it 1 star because I don't have another choice, know that this place...

Rude Employee!! All it takes it one bad attitude to ruin a place.

Honestly, I’m disappointed in the service. I ordered online for pick up tonight via door dash and arrived at the time scheduled for pick up. I go inside and right off the bat instantly greeted with a dull greeting who wasn’t even acknowledging just saying it because the door opened. I tell the woman I had an order for pick up. Said my name clear as day. She proceeds to call me Becky and says no name on the order. Tell her my name again and no order. I find out the orders on going through on door dash. Cool, I’ll call and cancel for refund. With the ugliest attitude she proceeds to tell me that it will be 30-40 min and they are busy with other orders. Like I was an inconvenience being there and I should’ve known door dash wasn’t working. Needless to say I will not be ordering from here again and I have many times in the past since I’ve moved here a year ago. I’ll be letting the neighborhood page...
