Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Rosenberg

This Popeyes always have a problem they mess up your order I simply ordered two thighs and fries a strawberry no ice I got the opposite I called back up in a young lady told me to bring the food back but I'm it works and the food was cold and the biscuit was hard as a rock was she so busy on the phone talking to whoever she was talking to and wasn't paying attention you need to train your people right this is absurd now when Mary is there the food is on point I will not be coming back to this Popeyes and if I was you I would go to a different Popeyes stay away from Popeye's on avenue I I am pissed off and I have to work a 16-hour shift. And I have the receipt the funny thing is I speak Spanish some lady in the background what's talking smack be careful what you say you never know when somebody obviously Espanol..........

Popeyes is my favorite restaurant but today I was so disappointed. I ordered the surf and turf which was good. I also ordered a three piece spicy with red beans and rice and that chicken was not fresh at all. It looked like it had been sitting up for two days reheated and served. I was on my lunch break I was so upset I couldn’t even take it back. I am so disappointed because usually my food is good I don’t know what’s going on at that store, but it is horrible, the customer service at the window was very rude arrogant. First and last time coming to this Popeyes. I placed an order for my daughter and it wasn't until after I paid for her meal that I was told it would be a 15 minute wait for the chicken. So I said, "Well I wish I would have known that before paying for it", and this fool turns around and say, "I said we didn't have anymore chicken" like he was the one who took my order (he didn't by the way it was somebody else) and I had to politely check him and let him know that, he didn't take my order the other guy did and he should have told me that before taking my order to let me decide if I wanted to wait around after being at work all day.
