I got to the store early before they opened and right at 9:28 I went to wait at the door. The manager or supervisor who opened the doors didn’t seem like she was happy to have a customer so early.
She opened the door and walked off; no greeting I mean I know it’s early but everybody can say hello. I had a return so I walked to the register; her first words were “do you have a receipt” I said “Good morning and yes I have a e receipt”
She was very impersonal. I think if you’re in business to serve customers you should at the very least be welcoming. I mean without customers businesses will not stand . I digress I think I’ll take a break from this location ....

Some areas do need attention the isle to checkout is a rushed feeling due to it being the line to checkout people get mad you are in the way but some of the best last minute gift ideas are in that area. The purses, handbags ect. do need organization badly. Such great bags, wallets are tied up but in tangles on the floor ect. There needs to be one set isle for clearance it will avoid the newest merchandise from being ran through, chipped, scratched due to people sifting through it. Read moreI love Marshall’s but today I went to this store and found some really pretty ornaments but the package was open and you could tell it was missing some ornaments. I asked the cashier to give me a discount because it was missing ornaments and the lady was rude and said she has to count the ornaments to be sure it was missing that they won’t give discount just because it was open.
