I would visit Andreas Fish Market in Roseville about every 3 months. I never had a major issue. I always had decent service and would buy quality seafood. On June 23 I purchased 4 lobster tails, brought them home and thawed in running water for twentyfive minutes. Then put them in a pot of boiling water. The whole house started smelling like glass cleaner! When I looked at the water it had blackened, only two tails were red, the other two looked dryed? When i opened the shells , one tail had orange, black and green meat. I use to lobster dive and have eaten lobster for 5 decades. Never have i seen such a rotten piece of lobster. If they are not frozen alive they can get blackened edges and if they are full of eggs, that can cause discoloration. This was neither, just straight up rotten food. Any decent fish market would never sell old lobster. So thanks Andreas...
