Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Roseville

Was super excited to grab a late night meal after working a 12 hour shift. Decided to stop by at Carl's Jr I ordered their new teriyaki burger looked very appealing and appetizing on the menu. Waited over 25 minutes just to get two burgers the drive thru was not busy at all only one car ahead of me at the window one behind me. The lady took my payment left and brought me the food didn't put any napkins no receipt no sauce just said "have a goodnight" and shuts the window and leaves she seemed like she didn’t wanna be there. I get home just to eat a bun that is burnt to the crisp not even edible I was super bummed out about that. My question is you're putting sauce on the burger and you know the bun is burnt to hell why not just make a new bun? Nope I guess laziness took its toll on that one, the fact I spent 10$ just to get an inedible burger is...

I seldom give a 1-2 star rating but this location has earned it. Not because this food is bad. It's actually pretty good! But because 3/4 of my last visits my order has been messed up in some way. 2/3 of those times, I had to return to the lobby because the error was so egregious.

Now, I expect that once in a while, mayonnaise will end up on my food in spite of me clearly asking for it not to be. However, more often than not, it ends up there. What I don't expect is to frequently be missing items or end up with completely different (and cheaper) items than I paid for. I have to quality check my order prior to leaving the drive thru which is a waste of time and something that they should be doing.

It's gotten so bad that I stopped going, which is probably for the best. I'll miss the fluffy breakfast biscuits but I can't support this...

Poor service at this location. The woman on the drive-thru speaker was short with me and rushed me even though there was no one in front of or behind me. I ordered a Big Carl and chicken stars. No special requests. Didn't give me a chance to ask for sauce before telling me to pull forward. She took my payment and closed the window without saying a word. When she gave me my food, I started to ask for ketchup but she shut the window. I said "excuse me?" to get her attention, and without saying anything, she opened the window and aggressively slammed a huge pile of ketchup into my hands then shut the window again. Not sure what's going on with her day (she wasn't by herself, I saw other people in the kitchen and maybe one other guest inside) but the service was inappropriate and I won't be...
