Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Roseville

I had the worst experience of my life at this Chipotle. I'm embarrassed this restaurant is apart of the chain. The tables were filthy and I had to step over a empty bowl to get to the counter. The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. They discriminate based on your sex, complexion, and weight. I have never experienced such blatant racism from a fast food chain in California. I felt like it was 1956 in the deep south. POC are not welcome here are will be completely ignored as if you are invisible. The level of discrimination is disgusting. The moment I walked in the man was completely rude and yelled at me to hurry up and order. I was confused because I never once looked at a menu, I go to Chipotle every other day and I knew exactly what I wanted. Once I ordered he kept scooping the normal portions then poured half of it back out while staring at me before he put it in my salad. I assumed he was just a jerk and tried to shake it off but then he called the other man from the back, yelled at him for coming in late at the front counter in front of the customers and stormed off. I was already aggravated that I received half portions of my salad, so I had my card out ready to get out of this place as soon as possible. when I went to pay the cashier ignored me and started to ring up the man behind me. It was awkward for the customer behind me as he was clearly a decent human being and also confused as to why I was receiving such poor service compared to his double busting burrito and friendly smiles. The man behind me had to literally ask the cashier if he would ring me up first as I was standing there waiting with card in hand. The cashier did not attempt to hide his prejudice what so ever and snatched my card and shoved my food at me. Overall I felt like this was a bad dream or something you see on TV because as a native of Sacramento I have never been in a situation where I was disrespected based on my sex and ethinicy. I looked around and I didn't see any signs up that said whites only or no colored allowed so I assumed that this Chipotle was a regular one and was open for everyone. I normally love going to Chipotle the experience is normally very pleasant. This last time i went the staff were rushing us to move up even though we keep the 6 ft rule. They had no meats so they were giving very small portions and trying to slide it down. When asked why they said they had no more of the meat that was ordered for several items requesting different meats. I didnt care for the way they were not being honest and thinking the customers would not notice. Many other people were upset. The girl who was putting sour cream and cheese put a ton of sour cream on the bowl and when it was mentioned she laughed and said sorry that the person had to say take some of that off. It was upsetting that we came in and even if it was a rush it would have been better to be told upfront we are out of several meats please wait if you would like them. We would of been more than willing to wait. Not to mention when I got home which is less than a 5 minute drive my bowl was soupy because the boy did not drain the beans. Literally the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Stood in the front of the line for 10 minutes with all the employees only working on web orders. When it was finally our turn for the employees to grace us with their presence, they mentioned they were out of chips and guac, which was fine other than the statement from one of the workers, “we aren’t staffed enough to make chips”… there were 7 employees standing around, there might have even been a thumb war tourney going on. Now let’s get to the burrito making skills… if I could give it a 0 I would, but I can’t so I’m giving it a 1. I got a half of scoop of rice, 26 black beans, a dollop of chicken, 4 strands of fajitas, and about a half gallon of salsa.
