Came to this restaurant with small kids 8pm. It was very cold outside, December 8, 57 °. It was impossible to eat in the restaurant because of the pandemic, we were offered to sit on the street. Outside the chairs are completely iron. We asked for some kind of bedspread on the chairs so as not to freeze. But the staff was surprised that we asked them about it, and refused our request. No customer focus. the restaurant added a response to my review. I don't see the reply function, so I'll add a review.
It's not that we had to eat on the street. We often dine outside in restaurants. The thing is, there are no warm pillows or blankets on the cold iron seats. It is impossible to sit on such chairs in cold weather. Note that other restaurants are either swapping iron chairs for wooden ones or using pillows to keep diners from getting cold on the iron chairs. There were no street heaters in your restaurant that evening. Thus, your answer contains nothing more than a story of known facts about the pandemic. This pandemic information has nothing to do with poor service at your restaurant and does not answer my...
Read moreMost of the time the sandwiches were good, aside from few exceptions. However sweet fries are sometimes good other times don't taste well and small portions. Salads were just ok, until I got the Buffalo chicken one that came with mostly breaded crust and barely any chicken. When I told the girl about the problem she seemed like it was Okey and said they get them frozen and have no control. Well that's your problem. If I pay 30$ for lunch I expect something decent. Your prices are high well that's ok but at least keep up quality. Or salad with no chicken, some fries and drink costs 30$ bucks according to you? Have you lost your mind or you just don't care about customers? Also the gal bringing food stood with my plate talking to someone sitting down for a while and plater near face, really? Forks and silverware often dirty. Sprite tasteless with weird aftertaste.
The chicken sandwich here is good but even that they sometimes manage to mess up.
Potentially a nice place and eaten here many times but now it's becoming a...
Read moreGreat location at the Fountains in Roseville. Jacks is a great option if you want something a little fancy-feeling without the fancy price tag. It's healthy food that still feels special -- brussel sprouts, delicious salads, and sandwiches made to order.
The thing that slays me every time, though, are the urban fries! These are fries made to perfection (skinny fries, crispy, but not overdone), served super hot with blue cheese melting over them, and hot chili oil. It sounds like a random mix but Oh.My.God! These are insane! I promise you, get these and you will not be disappointed. I got the individual size (2-3 people) and it was enough for a meal for me alone. I cannot even imagine the bliss that the family size would be!
Workers at this location are very helpful,...
