Jamba — Restaurant in Roseville

I don't normally take the time to leave reviews (I know I should, I'll work on that) but I felt compelled to do so today.

I go to this location frequently, I'm not even a huge smoothie fan, but I am a fan of legendary customer service. Not good, not great, not amazing but legendary customer service. The kind of customer service that causes you to come back again and again because you feel good after you've been there. Heather, the GM, remembers my daughter and husbands names, she knows we're struggling with distance learning, she knows that I am struggling with 6th grade math.

Heather and her team are so in tune with their customers that they noticed right away when I was not myself. They went out of their way to try and cheer me up every time I saw them!

Their smoothies are great, but you really have to watch them at this location to make sure they charge you correctly. Several times they have skipped our tumbler discount and not applied our coupons even though they took them. When we catch it, they've usually adjusted the price, but not today. The girl at the register was inexperienced (the cashier usually is), and when we brought up the mistake, Heather came to "help" her. Instead, Heather just said she didn't know how to refund twenty cents (when the error was actually more than two dollars) and made it seem like we were making it a bigger deal than it should be. She really acted like she just didn't feel like messing with it and minimized the error so we would feel bad for insisting they correct their mistake. I would like to think these are just simple mistakes, but it really seems like they don't want to give the regular discounts unless...

While not a regular Jamba customer, I was in the area and decided to grab a juice.

The staff at this location really shine, and deserve some recognition for their excellent customer service. The cashier moved through the line quickly and efficiently, and when it was my turn to order, she was friendly and quickly checked the balance of a gift card I had, and took my order.

Once my order was in, it was only a couple of minutes before they had my juice ready to go. The juice tasted great and was exactly what I wanted.

Overall there were no complaints and I left happy; if I’m in the area and want a juice, I’d definitely stop...
