Starbucks — Restaurant in Roseville

I visited this Starbucks for the first time, and unfortunately it was a really disappointing experience. I typically have always had a great experience and every location I’ve gone to but this one really was not the one for me. The barista making my drink (Lexi, blonde) completely walked away in the middle of preparing it-she was dripping the drink down her hand, then stopped to go chat with her family members and introduce them to the staff. Meanwhile, my drink sat unattended. I got asked if I was waiting for an online order when clearly I had been there long enough and if there is no awareness about the customers coming into your store especially when it’s slow it leads me to believe that customer service is not being valued. There were plenty of staff working (at least 5) and only one other customer waiting, but nobody seemed focused on finishing my order. After several minutes, someone else eventually picked it up and finished it, but by then the drink was watered down and not worth the wait. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location really...

BAD EXPERIENCE! Do not go there! I waited more than 15 minutes and my drink was not even made. They were all confuse about my name when it’s so simple. Customer service there was really rude! I asked politely when will my drink be ready and they reply what Is your name and the two ladies said, “ OH, YOU HAVE ONE MORE PERSON AHEAD OF YOU..” I ask if I can just get a refund bc I had waited over 15 minutes and now I only have 5 minutes to get back to work. Got there at 7:05 am and had to get refunded by 7:25 am and left the place. Very friendly and considerate staff! I went here this morning and was frustrated with the app because I couldn't order the drink I wanted. I went in and the staff was very friendly and I mentioned that when I place my order in person it always turns out way better than on the app. They asked me exactly how I wanted my drink and me, not being a Starbucks regular, looked at them like a deer in headlights. I asked how it is usually made and they said there was a couple ways. I asked them to do it how they thought it would turn out best and it was delicious!
