Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Roseville

First of all they make a good pizza, but they're terribly disorganized. I called ahead, was told it'd be ready in 5 minutes. 10 Minutes later I show up only to wait another 15 for my pizza, which I was assured when I paid was "up next." It's not like they had to bake anything, as they're take-and-bake pizzas. All of the people who ordered before us in the store got their pizzas ahead of us too. Makes me wonder why I bothered to call at all. Any of the grocery store delis down the street have bigger pizzas that are just as good, but for cheaper. This is probably the best service I've ever seen when it comes to food sensitivity/allergy care. When I ordered a gluten free pizza, he immediately asked if it was due to an allergy. When I responded it was due to celiac, he said they would use all fresh ingredients. He alerted the woman who was making the pizza, and she went to the sink and washed her hands and arms all the way up to her sleeves. Fresh gloves, all new containers of ingredients, and even a separate prep area. I have never felt so confident in the safety of my food, outside of my own kitchen. Very well done! And the pizza...

The thin-crust Gourmet Vegetarian pizza was DELICIOUS! I loved it so much and will definitely be back for more! Also, when I got to the store to pick-up my online order, the staff and I realized that I'd ordered a meat-covered pizza by mistake, but the staff quickly offered to make me the pizza I intended to order. Even though the mistake was all mine, I was so appreciative of the staff's kindness in remedying my error and providing me with a delicious pizza that a vegetarian could enjoy. Thanks, Papa...
