I am so incredibly frustrated. I go every day to this location. I asked for something in the drive-through which I did not receive. I Parked went in and asked if Could get it. I was in the best mood, it was a beautiful day. I smiled and laughed, and Asked for what I had ordered . The woman working, proceeded to yell at me in front of everyone in the restaurant saying she’d done what I was asking. And my question was - if it was done, why would I make the effort to park and come back in. But OK that’s fine Let’s just say pretend she did do it and I need it done again, being the customer and paying for something probably makes that a realistic request…. She insisted she did it, still Yelling at me in front of everyone in the restaurant. It was super uncomfortable, and I was shocked by how she was treating a customer that she sees every single day. It was a super easy request. l didn’t go back-for a couple days cause it was all really awkward. I was really uncomfortable, but I figured shed probably just want to put it in the past too. My daughter who was there the first day , said ‘oh I bet she was having a rough day and she may even wanna apologize.’ Sooooo I Went back today and she was Incredibly rude again. It’s made it so I just can’t go back to this restaurant anymore. Super disappointing because I literally Get coffee there every day. I don’t understand how somebody in the industry is OK with treating people the way she did/does … But I’ll definitely be back as soon as she doesn’t work there anymore…. , After I post this, I started reading the reviews. Apparently the service is a huge issue, but no one seems to actually care? I can’t believe that it’s such a recurring problem and yet the same people continue to work there. Just don’t get it…. You lost Three very loyal customers just with my family alone … how many more are you willing to lose before you...
Read moreUmmm. So you can't give zero stars... Worst experience ever...On my way to work, I went to this Tim Hortons location to purchase a cup of coffee. The woman in the car in front of me had a dog in the car and I witnessed two employees pet the dog numerous times and also feed the dog. What disturbed me was that at the point that I drove to the window to pick up my coffee, I asked the young lady if she also touched the dog and she said yes but did not wash her hands. She then asked me if I would like for her to wash her hands. I would have liked for her and her co-worker to not have touched the dog, not washed their hands and continued to prepare coffee and food for others at the same time. I will not come back to this location due to this. I assume the risk as the employees typically do not wear gloves and are handling both cash and food but I will not assume the risk when you are touching animals and then have the audacity to touch the rim of my coffee cup that I have to drink out of. The employees at this location in particular need some training on what is sanitary and what is not. They need to understand that viruses and bacteria spread primarily because people do not wash their hands and expose others to germs and that in general there are some basic things in terms of handling food that are necessary to ensure the safety of customers. There have already been reports of Hep A in the Metro area so this is more of a reason why restaurants should ensure a sanitary environment. The fact that I had to ask the employee if she touched the dog and she then asked me if she should wash her hands was unacceptable. I cannot speak for anyone else but I will not venture to this location again. My health is too important and so is the...
Read moreI frequent many many Tim Hortons throughout the city, and this one def has the slowest service... by far. Every morning between 7:30-9ish, you're guaranteed a 10-15 min wait. Every couple days I try again, just to see if they fixed the issues, but it's always the same. I refuse to go back and give them anymore chances.
Update 1/5/19: Place is still a sh*tshow of a mess. Just left the drive thru (saturday afternoon @ 3:20), waited 15 min for a med coffee and timbits.
Update 11/23/19: Why bother. Went by around 5:45pm, looked dark with only 1 car in the parking lot...I thought it was actually closed. Went to the drive-thru and it was open, ordered a coffee with 1 cream. No cars in front of me. One car in the parking lot. Get to the window, give a $20 ($2.17 is by far the highest price coffee for any Tim Horton in metro Detroit). Now, you'd think the coffee woulda been ready when I got to the window since nobody was there.. but nope. Took about a minute to get my change, THEN the employee decided to pour my coffee. How's this possible?? Why wasn't is ready when I got to the window, or why didn't someone else pour it while the either employee was getting my change?? THERE WAS NOBODY THERE!! I honestly hope this place closes down, or sells the business to someone that...
