This place has horrible customer service ! No one really genuinely cares about selling you the best for your needs, but only about the sale itself. Purchased a mattress and box spring. When I thought the deal I was getting was good, getting the bed home wrapped in plastic I realized they wrapped up the floor model and gave that to me instead of a new mattress ..and the bed displays a firm side on the right of the bed and a plush side on the left side of the bed . (Hard and soft) on the same bed to differentiate which feel you would like . Not to mention. It was extremely dirty from all of the customers that sit and lay one the bed . I was told from other abc employees i had 30 days for an exchange and 90 days with the manufacturer warranty. I has now been less that 2 weeks only because of the runaround. When I returned the (UNOPENED)mattress and box spring they told me I can not return a bed. I Told the general manager it was unopened then he said because its a floor model I can't return it. And told me to call the "heartline" number ,that he can't make that decision. After calling the number they just took my name and number and had their regional manager call me to just tell me they don't return mattresses and I explained the story and he then tells me that he can't make that call that he needs more information from the store gm.. ....???.. but I thought that I was calling the regional mgr to make a decision. . Well at the end of the phone call he said after he get more information from the store gm he will call me back . "But just so I'm aware abc warehouse does not return beds." And that he will call me right back. It has been four (4) days . Nothing and I still have a unopened, dirty, multi-comfort sectional surfaced bed that I can't use . Not only is this store a place your should not shop, none of the staff is knowledgeable in any department they are placed in. Only giving them the benifit of the doubt that they did not choose the department they are in . Its not possible to rate this place under one star but that would be being generous. DO NOT shop here if you are unsure what your buying or need any kind of assistance in making your decisions. You will leave feeling unhappy ripped...
   Read moreI had a good experience at this location in July 2018 which brought me back in November 2018. Unfortunately, one bad experience trumps a good one. Our salesman in this instance was uninterested at best, even saying he was trying to "go home" when we got there. If not for us knowing what we needed/wanted he would have been of no help at all; however that's not the reason for this review. Our delivery was made within one day of ordering, which was great, but it was all downhill from there. I was advised I was "second on the truck" with delivery to be in the morning. Turns out I was "second to last on the truck" and waited an entire day at home for the delivery. The delivery failed to include 2 dowels and 2 screws. Delivery crew advised we needed to call the store. I called our salesman and, as expected, he punted to "warranty". The service department said it was the store's problem, but service ultimately advised, after expressing my frustration, the "parts are at the store with your name on it". I went to the store the next day...nope not there. The store called service again, service advised they would FedEx to me. Even at this point, I'm frustrated, but it's getting handled and I don't have to go back out to the store. The day after the delivery was supposed to be made by FedEx, FedEx contracted me and stated the delivery from Pontiac to Grosse Pointe ended up in Ohio, they had no explanation. FedEx had to reprocess and it would be here sometime next week. C'mon. I called the store just wanting them to take some action, maybe take the parts off the one they have in the store, they are internal parts...Nope. The response from the manager was there was nothing they could do, we have to let it play out, have a nice day. If it doesn't show from FedEx within 3-5 days then call back. I'm never shopping there again, which is disappointing because with Sears gone, the options are getting slimmer...
   Read moreI am so disappointed in ABC Warehouse, this location and even the regional manager hasnât responded to my request. Beware of this company. First, Iâve bought a great stove and refrigerator in December 2020. Absolutely love them! However, third time purchasing was not a charm. I bought a beautiful fireplace for about $1000 March 2021. It did great the first month but the actual fireplace just went out. Long story short, I spoke with 3 different managers including the main manager of the Roseville location whose name is Tommy and reached out to the Regional manager Andrew L who never called me back to fix my fireplace. I was given 3 different dates over a 2 months time span to get my fireplace replaced. When I finally got a replacement the delivery guys noticed that I was given a broken part smh! The delivery guy immediately called his boss to let him know and told us we had to issue a ticket to have it replaced. CRAZY, why should I issue a ticket to have MY BRAND NEW FIREPLACE REPLACED⌠furthermore, I contacted the manager Tommy twice and even left a voicemail on the corporate managerâs answering machine for help. ALL I WANTED WAS A BRAND NEW FIREPLACE THAT I PAID FOR. I last heard from Tommy 3 weeks ago after sending him pictures of the broken parts to my âbrand newâ fireplace and he said he would speak to the corporate manager and get back with me. Never received a follow up call. Tried going to the store and the associate whose name is AC who sold me the fireplace said Tommy had just left. I thought I could trust and would be treated fairly and with integrity by such a reputable company. However, I paid for broken merchandise and the store manager and even corporate manager canât even resolve a simple issue like providing decent customer service.
