Sorry for the length but, I got sum splainin' to do
Ordering online has glaring flaws although so do I so.... Iow, I'm lookin at this fairly!!! When online ordering for pickup and you want/need to modify your item(s) prior to checkout, there's no way to do that.
Example, I wanted a Pizza, Steak and cheese, add shooms (not a side order, simply add to the sub) I have to call the order in. There's that and some basic clarification issues like..... What's the size difference between a small, regular, large size sub other than small is the smallest? I dunno. Side shrooms come with your choice of ranch or cocktail. There's no way to specify your choice. No big deal, all ya gotta do is call them. I dunno, I mean, seems like that defeats the purpose of "on" "line" dert da der... As far as the employees, the interaction I had with them was absolutely outstanding! They spoke clearly at the drive up, did NOT rush or seem annoyed to be at work. The girl that handed me my satchel of food (with a smile) asked me "How's your day going?" Oh the seventies are coming back.... I wasn't expecting that. In a drive through no less!!! Imo, the 2nd most important factor in the food-service industry is service!!! FAP Food Attitude Price. Lastly, and I'll shut up. They now charge you 4⁵⁰ for a side of shrooms that were 2⁵⁰ while also handing you HALF the size. For what it's worth, that's 360% increase. Tubby....c'mon man! I'm giving them 4 stars because the negatives are not based on this specific location but the mushrooms deserved a negative 5...
Read moreI hadn't been to this location in ten years so to be fair I thought I'd go there several times before I wrote a review. First thing you notice in the drive up to place an order is the MASSIVE pot hole that your right front tire gets stuck in. Yup that's still there from TEN years ago! The next thing is how snippy the order takers are. Next I'm telling you your going to wish you brought a book to read, the wait will be that long! This is in no small part due to the fact the employees spend more time chating and gossiping than they do actually making subs. Out of the six times I went there my order was wrong twice. Of the six times I ordered onion chips, twice the Ranch was missing and once the top came off and completely covered the contents of the entire bag. That's a 50 percent failure rate. Counting the times they messed up the subs thats 5 out of 6. I blame the owners for this. They allow the managers to run the place this way. The faces may have changed but the lack of work ethic is still the same. I'm going to boycott this place...
Read moreWe went through the drive thru tonight, got our food home and it was terrible. They told us tubbys sauce came on the subs, they were so dry I could barely swallow. There was not a drop of sauce on either one. We both ordered steak subs, my husband got the one with mushrooms and asked what all came on it, they said onions and mushrooms ( which he was fine with) got it home and it also had green peppers. He doesn’t like green peppers and asked what was on it to take things off he did not like. I got a small sub and paid extra for dbl meat and there was for sure not extra meat on it. There were so many areas of my sub that were missing meat entirely, there is no way that was extra. I can’t stand paying extra for something and feeling like I didn’t even get a “regular” amount of the item. It is 9:45 and I’m not dealing with calling tonight but I just may tomorrow.
