Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ross Township

Horrible experience. Just left there and today is 7/13/18 between 12:20-1:03pm. There were 3 ladies there two with black shirts and one with a red/burgundy shirt. Staff was horrible, very unprofessional and long wait times while just standing around. They dont help each other with the orders. I sent my 17 yr old nephew in the store while I waited in the car, you can see straight through the windows. My nephew only oder three coffees and two sandwiches but they gave people there orders ahead of him that came in after. Maybe overlooked because he was a teen and their other customers were adults, which is very unacceptable and discrimination.One of the ladies ask him when I came in after he waited almost 30mins for his coffee and sandwiches after he ordered. What was he still waiting for??? I told her his food and she said to me " oh well, we working on it" and walked away. Then when we finally got the few items we ordered because one person was making the items while the other two stood around. They still didn't make the sandwiches!!! So we had to remind them about that and they ladies said " oh yea, I forgot' and walked away, so we waited even longer. I Stay Closer To Broadway Location But I Drive To Hobart. Broadway Smh This Place Don’t Care About Customer Service Or The Quality Of The Food. I Have Braces So I Order The Hash Browns Often. Ordering Them From Here They Going To Be Hash Chips Not Hash Browns. I Asked To Have Them Replaced While Everyone Mugged Me They Did Replace Them However They Were Harder Then The First Batch. I Ask Why They Were So Hard She Said That’s How They Come Which I Knew Wasn’t True Being That I’ve Had Braces 3 Yrs And Hash Browns Have Been A Frequently Ordered Item I’ve Been Making The Entire Time At Other Locations Before I Moved Here. Also Upon Ordering At 8am My Donut Was Hard. I Asked Them To Replace That The Lady Then Dropped The Donut In The Bag On It’s Face Which Made All The Icing Of The Donut Stick To The Bottom Of The Bag. I Ended Up Eating Nothing That Morning With No Refund. It’s Out Of My Way But I Drive To The Hobart Location. Excellent Customer Service, Hash Browns Are Fresh, And My Donut Was Properly Placed In The Bag To Where The Icing Was Still On The Donut. I use to go to this Dunkin every day, rain or shine. Sometime 2x a day since I live 3 minutes away and work close. I now drive 10 minutes to the next Dunkin. Coming to this Dunkin is a hit or miss when it comes to the friendliness of the staff. I've dealt with some very rude staff however there are some really nice ones too. They're pretty good about getting your order right but occasionally mess up but that's understandable. One major thing is, if you order is wrong you better make sure you call first. Even if its only been a 5 minutes because the male manager/ crew leader will make a very big deal about calling first even when you have the incorrect order with you to show you didn't drink it. Marie (store manager) is pretty good about fixing your order without the hassle. I'm giving it 4 stars because there is a woman named Annette who works there who is a sweetheart. She's super friendly yet professional. I got to know her from always going there. My kids love her and I will occasionally go to this Dunkin when I think she is there.
