We ordered dinner this evening for my 50th Birthday. I wanted a chicken ceaser salad. My hubs ordered online; 2 orders of mild wings, the salad and a pizza. The store called to inform us; no chicken ceaser salad. So we asked the order be cancelled- we’d order else where. The manager Sri Sia not only LIED and said our order was already out for delivery (it was literally 3 minutes after ordering online. He refused to cancel the order. When it did arrive the chicken wings were cooked thoroughly and still pink inside. The pizza was burnt and looked like they shook it up before sending it out and the Darden salad they sent was warm and limp. I called and told them about the issues. The manager was extremely rude, yelled at me, talked over me and when I said I was going to call the health department his response was “I don’t care go ahead.”..and his solution was “send the food back” and “I don’t have time to deal with you”. No refund, nothing really editable and $50 gone.

Read moreI ordered a medium pizza and cheesy bread around 4 pm online. They said it would be delivered within an hour. Around 5:15 I get a call from the delivery driver who stated he is at my residence I open the door and there is no one there. The delivery driver went to the wrong address. So I give him directions over the phone. After about 45 mins of waiting I decided to call the store. I spoke with the manager who said the driver came back because he couldn’t find my address and it was sent with a new driver and refused to issue a refund when I wanted to cancel because it was going to be cold.. I finally get my food 20 after 6 which is now cold and not fresh. The driver apologized for the incompetence of the other driver. He asked if the manager of the store did anything to compensate for the issue. I told him no and he said he would credit the account. So after a few days nothing was ever done. So I bypass the store because it was pointless at that point and decided to contact corporate. I yet to hear from them and it’s been 2 weeks. So now I refuse to order from there. They’re rude to the customers, refuse to fix their screw up, lie about issuing refunds, and when you contact corporate you...

I went in and the guy said we've been very busy I waited about 3 minutes and I said could you make my pizza now since I'm waiting here then he comes back and says oh we have no anchovies to put on your pizza we tried to call you which was a lie because I did not get a call I have a call screening on my phone and it would appeared on my phone if anybody calls so then he started they didn't have any anchovies by using the app I'd already paid for the pizza in full which included the anchovies. we end up putting green peppers on it but my mother loves anchovies and she was disappointed in the pizza and so was I. I was disappointed in the service of the manager lying to me saying he tried to call me when he didn't. I have not gone back to this Domino's sense however I did order another pizza from the Monongahela store and it was with anchovies...
