June 2024 No refills are allowed anymore there.
The male manager failed to write the injury report for an injured child. This store fails to care about issues in the play area.
Saturday May 11, 2024 A nasty #door #dash lady by the trash can is accusing yelling at men, women only trying to use the trash can outside, yelling at them.
Tuesday April 30, 2024 Several employees are excessively smoking while working overly using the family bathroom, the ladies room automatically locks.
Employees excessive use of the bathroom in the family area, smoking on the job, rude behavior at the Belle Vernon Pennsylvania location.
After they upset customers in the family area, they laughed about it, proud of themselves.
The manager there smoking constantly on the job, excessively using the family bathroom is a loss of profit and a liability.
Lock on the ladies room needs to be removed or a policy for employees to not bother paying loyal McDonald's customers. They want to make more money based on living expenses, yet ruin the company they work for by losing business.
Customers might or might not return, but they buy less if they do return.
She yelled at a toddler, move it buddy!
A customer tossed ice onto the McDonald's floor on purpose at around 4:40pm to 4:50 Friday, April 26 for customers to walk on, she stood smirking and laughing while she was at the pickup food counter. She is in the car in the photos, driving.

5/6/24 The male manager was informed of a three year old getting punched and pushed by older children in the play area with the dark black mesh on it that parents can hardly see through. A patent went up and witnessed it was done at the bottom area of the slide in front of her! The girl about 6-7 years old followed the toddler in and hit him in the back, after being told, don't do that by an adult she walked in and hit him in the neck, hitting the toddler again. The two younger ladies sat at the table giggling and laughing with one another.
The two ladies sitting together kept laughing and giggling looking at one another, caring nothing for what either of their children had been doing wrong to a three year old toddler.
The male manager said you cannot tell the supposed mother's anything about safety for a toddler getting punched, as that would be wrong. He stated it would be unprofessional of him to say anything to them, the male manager also failed to care or show any concern, saying, "nothing he could do."
He didn't care, went back to walking around, when he was approached at first the parents told him they wanted to speak with him, he was hanging out the door staring at them. As they approached him to inform him of the incidents, he started to walk off, walking inside away from them.
Watch your children in the play area, according to the male manager at this location, nothing he can do if anything happens to your child or children should they get abused by children or anyone in the play area, in his McDonald's location.
He was unsympathetic, was seen laughing and cares nothing about the incidents occurring in his store.
If with kids to play you don't want abused there, AVOID. First week of May 2024, 2nd week start May 24' Large Fries skimpy, half full container on a Large purchase. See the photo of the order as it was opened from a sealed bag below. No napkins, no ketchup at all in the takeout bag. Sealed bag, start of 2nd week May 24'
Why? š¤ They choose to be that way to their valued customers, and the excessive staring at customers while they get paid a higher wage, ever increasing to harm the paying customer.
Raises, minimum wage so they can live better, while they get worse at service and mistreat their paying customers while misbehaving, less service given to the higher paying for the food, from their customers. AVOID

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is one of their best and most cleanest locations! Im here every night and I think some people fail to realize this is also one of their busiest locations by a far doing over a thousand orders a day, so yes there is going to be mess ups there is going to be orders going out missing food these people make over hundreds of orders and sandwiches every day so itās not always going to be perfect they are human and have mess ups just like us especially in their busy rushes, I think we all need to take that into consideration when making negative reviews and being bluntly rude to the employees. Also they have some of the best employees that willingly go out of their way to make the customers visit most enjoyable , they are trying their best and I hardly ever see a rude employee more so a strict person trying to satisfy your needs while being screamed at over sauceā¦I love this place and highly recommend it , every one is so sweet and mistakes happen!!! Unless weāve worked in their shoes here we should be kinder. I recommend the mid/night shift much more now as they seem to have got a couple new nightly/mid day managers that are absolutely amazing and the kindest people Iāve ever came across. The other night My wait was a little longer than average and one of the managers had on their own decided to give me a card to receive my next meal free for the long wait which was amazing considering I had just made it there 2 mins before they close so they had to make it all fresh and weāre still so nice to me about it . Keep it up you are all doing amazing thank you for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a mobile order 1/16. I picked curbside. Mobile app asked me to enter the slot I was in. I entered 3. Message came it would be out in a few minutes. After 10 minutes, I attempted to call the # on the sign in front of me, BUSY BUSY BUSY. Finally in 11 degree weather (at most) I, being a 67 year old female, had to get out of my car, walk into McDonalds. First I was ignored by the staff even though it was pretty empty. Then the gentlemen asked if he could help. I relayed I Ordered a mobile specialty coffee, waited over 10 minutes and no one came out, had the app with me showing it would "be out in a few minutes". His response "App doesn't always work" Really...?? I then pointed to my coffee sitting there on the back shelf!!!! where the finished orders were. NO STAFF MEMBER BOTHERED TO BRING IT OUT TO ME. I took it to the car. By then, about 15 minutes passed. It was lukewarm/slightly cold. Being a senior at age 67 and a wind chill factor beyond belief and a temperature of 11 max, I didn't bother going back in. WASTED 5+ dollars. I e-mailed the Customer Service. Their response "They're sorry they didn't meet my expectations" lol lol lol. Isn't a mobile order with curbside pickup supposed to be delivered to the # slot you enter upon arrival.... But customer service on line chalked it up to "not meeting my expectations", like I was asking for something extraordinary... No refund given on my Lukewarm/borderline...
