Let’s just say we are not going back here nor will recommend to anyone. My family and I went to try this restaurant for the first time but it was a total disappointment. The food was nothing special, and the worst part was the sangría. We ordered a pítcher of pink sangria, expecting it to be a full pitcher amount but they served us not even half of the pitcher. We just let it go and chose not to say anything. But… when I poured the second serving into my glass, I noticed a dead fly in it. So gross. We called the manager to our table but he didn’t seem to believe us at first. He asked if maybe it flew into the drink just now?! He asked us if we saw flies flying around??? He apologized, left, then came back for small talk. He didn’t even offer any kind of consolation to take care of the matter. Our waitress Natalia was the one who offered to replace the drink. Not that we would to take it, but a little consideration would have been nice. Anyway, it was so gross. I feel like throwing up still when I think about it. Save your money and try Madrid Spanish Taverna instead. We went there after the unfortunate experience we had at this restaurant and had a better...
Read moreWe had high hopes. Given that we spent the summer in Spain we were excited to see this place had opened. We went in without a reservation, early so not many tables taken. While they did sit us right away, in the beautiful dinning room, the glasses on our table were dirty, like you could see lipstick on them dirty. So that was strike #1. When the server did eventually come back, we brought to her attention and she took them away and served my wine in a new glass. We also ordered water and to our surprise instead of giving us a bottle, she pulled the bottle from her apron and filled the glasses. We asked her to leave the bottle as there was 4 of us. I'd love to go into all the details but it's way to much to go on about. Hopefully we can hear from owner/manager, but what I can say is food was lacking, service was not great but the restaurant decor...
Read moreHostess older women short hair- snobby. Felt very discriminated against because we had a toddler and because we didn’t have reservations we had to sit outside with the bees on the patio. 3adults, 1child. She sat us in the direct sun and but gentleman maybe manager was nice enough when I asked to move underneath umbrella for shade. Annoying hostess said well we have a handicap reservation coming. We were there for a while no handicap showed up. Service was not the best. We had to ask for clean plates, dishes to be removed, water, drink glasses to be removed, more wine. It was really annoying. We came because my mom saw it on fb video. The croquette are good but can use more meat. I’m Cuban Spanish and there was hardly any in it. Fyi. Overall food was good. Oh and you have to pay for parking...
