Great food. Anytime I have been in the store, drive thru or walking in, I have experienced the worst service. I understand they are busy, I understand they have a lot of orders (with such great food, you are in high demand!), but because of the stress and frustrations of said "busyness" staff shouldn't be rolling eyes, sighing heavily, appearing annoyed, etc when a paying customer is trying to order. So I decided, I won't go in anymore. I'll order online and have it delivered to work, which I was so excited when I found out they did. I have ordered MANY..MANY..times, despite the fact that EVERY TIME, my order is wrong, I order/pay for extra guacamole, only to NEVER receive it. I've ordered multiple orders for people in the office, no onions on this one, no tomatoes on this one, ordering online is so easy...but the order is never read because it is ALWAYS wrong. (They even have a section you can add, special requests or instrustions or something like that, and I have written, please read the order or please remember the guac…..it's not read.) The last straw, I ordered online, but said I'd pick it up. I ordered at 12:30pm, knowing it would be the lunch rush, I didn't go to pick it up until 1:15 (even though online didn't tell me how long it would be). I waited in line, 3 people ahead of me ordered, and when it was my time, I said I was picking up, she checked for it and then told me it was being made right then. So, I stepped back, and 2 others went ahead and ordered. EVERY PERSON - 3 BEFORE AND 2 AFTER ME - got their orders, I was there for 20 minutes. A nice, and the ONLY nice young lady I've dealt with, when giving other customers their order told me she would check on mine, she came back with a bewildered look on her face, that said it had just been sitting there. I love their food...I put up with so many things over and over again because I love their food. I will not go back, and because of my experience my extended family won't either. I know they may think, oh well nothing lost - because again, yes they are always busy - but having a successful business may be great, but if you can't read an order properly or treat people with basic respect and dignity, maybe consider revamping some items? Oh, and with delivery - get ready for the delivery fee (okay..understandable), the convivence fee (okay..) and now the small order fee (wait what..) If you want to try it, it's cheaper getting it...
Read moreMy husband ordered an egg, potato, hamburger meat and green chili burrito. I got an egg, potato, chorizo and red chili burrito. He started feeling sick after eating and I did not. That was yesterday morning (Friday) it is now Saturday night and he's still sick. There were only two things different on his burrito... the hamburger meat and the green chili. Either the hamburger meat was bad or undercooked or there was something wrong with that green chili. We like to get the breakfast burritos because they are delicious and we've never had any issues. I'm not sure what happened this time but he more than likely got food poisoning from the burrito since we didn't eat anything else yesterday morning. All I know is that we won't be eating there again anytime soon.
Edit: I figured the owner would say that. I know illnesses are going around but my husband hadn't been at work for days because he was off and neither my son or myself had been sick. What are the odds he'd get sick right after eating from your restaurant? I'm surprised I wasn't told "well we didn't get any other complaints" like another reviewer was told when she said she felt sick after eating your food... very unprofessional. He mentioned that his food tasted a little off and I actually joked with him that the workers did something to his food because he didn't tip. I was joking of course but now I'm starting...
Read more10/10/2018 Edit - Martin, thanks for the reply. However, its no help. The problem is that one cannot order online from the catering menu. There is no provision on the page to order. Yes, you can order taco packages by phone but the cashiers will not honor the catering menu prices.
I eat here on a regular basis when working in the area. Unfortunately the burritos are getting smaller and the price is getting larger. Beyond that. I was in town on 9/28/18 for a wedding and wanted to order several dozen tacos and some quesadillas. I was told by phone that I could only do that online through the catering menu. I went online, found the catering menu but there is no place to make the order. You can only see the menu choices but no option to make a purchase. I called back and spoke to the manager who said that there was nothing they could do, you had to order online. I could order by phone but they would charge me full price. In short, they were not a bit helpful or accomodating or even a little bit concerned that they were turning away a food order. It's a shame.
