Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Roswell

We got in a long line that moved forward at a snails pace. 18 minutes later we were up to the order sign and put in a hot and cold brew drink. Finally we got to the window and the girl explained that the espresso machine was broken so they couldn't make the hot drink. My husband said that they should send someone out to tell the long waiting customers what the deal was and she "yeah". We asked if she could then make another cold brew with cream and she said yes and shut the window. When she came back she handed the drink to him and by then its 25 min. His drink never got the cream in it but he had also asked twice for the receipt. We were handed the receipt and when looking at it later found out it wasn't even ours. Take note: There is no way to get out of line at this location and since the machine was broken when we ordered, that person should have told us at that time. Years ago I gave this store 5 stars. They have fallen so very far! They dont even deserve a half star! They are ALWAYS behind, especially between 7-8 am. They constantly make mistakes with the order, omitting customizations or # of espresso shots. When they make a mistake, they act as if the customer is deliberately making their lives more difficult. Today, they made a huge omission, and once again I had to wait for them to even START making my mobile order. There was only 1 customer in the store! I didn't even get an apology! Let me start by saying Roswell is nothing. An open sewage place with green aliens decoration. It rotates around the notion there may have been an UFO crash in the 40s. You won’t see that in Roswell. Only tales of some hillbilly interpretation of facts and myths. So after this premise, the coffee was diabolically bad at the hotel.

So i decided to get Starbucks because with a corporation coffee should be the same everywhere. It was not.

Worst Starbucks i ever had. It tasted of nothing. Service was very long and it just didn’t taste like in California or Utah or New York or anywhere.

Sorry Roswell, i am sure it was just my unlucky morning but i left 16 dollars with two coffees, food for wife and tip hence the bad review. Not...
